A 'Morning Mini' to start your day with a sense of hope and magic! Enjoy 10 minutes with a simple guided meditation and story journey to meet the dancing fairy folk of the forest. Every day will hold challenges, but each day also holds the potential for a little enchantment!

Welcome. Welcome to a brand new morning mini meditation. Just 10 minutes to help you begin your day. So with this in mind give yourself a moment to get ready. Perhaps you sit up in bed or you're sat somewhere comfortable with a hot drink. We'll just take a few minutes this morning as I guide you on a little journey of whimsy. A fairy enchanted morning. Taking deep and easeful breaths. A place of calm before our day begins. Imagine yourself in a lush and tranquil forest. The air is filled with a sense of wonder and anticipation as the day is just getting started. In your mind's eye you find yourself in an open clearing surrounded by tall trees adorned with vibrant leaves. Soft beams of morning sunlight filter through the branches creating a dappled dance of light upon the ground. You are enjoying and taking in this beautiful space. You feel a gentle breeze that rustles the leaves and carrying upon the breeze the faint sound of delicate chimes. These chimes are the laughter and songs of the fairies. They inhabit this enchanted place and with each gentle breeze you can feel their presence drawing closer filling the air with an aura of joy and of magic. At first you visualize perhaps tiny sparkling lights flitting through the air through the sunbeams. Each sparkling light in a different beautiful colour. Each one radiating its own energy and essence. You watch the lights dance among flowers and leaves leaving trails of shimmering light in their wake. The lights grow bigger now expanding out and before you a fairy. They take your hand. This fairy is a symbol of inspiration here to share their wisdom and enchantment with you and with a warm smile you feel them radiating pure positivity your way. A blessing for your morning. The fairy takes your hand and invites you to join them in dance. You feel a surge of uplifting energy flow through you filling you with a sense of lightness, Brightness and joy. Together you and all the fairies dance and twirl in harmony with the surrounding nature. Becoming one with the rhythms of the morning and with each movement each tinkling laugh it is as though the fairies whisper words of encouragement to you infusing you with a sense of purpose and of wonder. As you dance your worries and doubts melt away replaced by a deep and true belief in your own potential and abilities. Now the fairy that holds your hand leads you to a tranquil pond at the centre of the clearing. The water is clear and reflective mirroring the beauty of all around you. Take a moment to gaze into the water see your own reflection and as you do the energy of all the fairy folk merges with your own. You feel empowered and connected with all that the fairy folk mean to you and with a final dancing twirl the fairy guides you back to the place you began releasing your hand with a gentle smile. You feel their energy linger connected to you now and you may take a few moments to offer your thanks for this magical experience and for the newfound sense of power that has been bestowed upon you. When you feel ready slowly begin to bring your awareness back to this present moment. You might want to stretch your body or wiggle your fingers and toes and as you open your eyes here you are a brand new morning and perhaps you may carry the enchantment and inspiration you've experienced during this short journey throughout your day just as the fairies bring magic. Remember that you have the power to infuse your day with wonder and positivity. Embrace each moment with a sense of possibility and let your inner light shine brightly just like the fairies and their twinkling glow. I wish you a bright and beautiful day today. Sometimes faeries visit in my healing sessions and I’m delighted and surprised at how much they enjoy helping.
