So in your own time,

Taking a few deep breaths in and out.

As you breathe deeply in,

Feel your abdomen expanding.

On the out breath,

Relaxing,

Releasing,

Letting go.

Taking another deep breath in and out,

Feeling your lungs expanding,

Feeling your chest expanding,

Holding at the top of your breath.

And breathing out a sigh of relief as you relax and let go.

Taking a third and final deep breath in and out,

Breathing deeply,

Feeling that fresh oxygen as it enters your body,

Holding at the top of your breath,

And breathing out a sigh of relief,

Relaxing fully,

Feeling that sense of calm,

That sense of peace wash over you.

And tuning into your body,

Feeling how your body feels,

Just noticing what's there without the need to change anything.

Just beginning to observe and notice how your body is feeling,

How you are feeling in this moment.

If there are physical sensations allowing them to be there,

If there are thoughts allowing them to be there,

If there's emotional energy just allowing it to be there,

Honoring and respecting what's there in this present moment.

Knowing that everything is transient,

Thoughts come and go,

Feelings come and go,

Emotions come and go,

And you remain unchanged,

The ever-present observer.

When you're ready,

Taking a moment to call on the angels in your mind repeating,

I call on Barakiel,

Barakiel,

Phuel,

Phuel,

Phuel,

And Ariel,

Ariel,

Ariel,

To be present and to connect with me now.

And pausing for a moment to feel any subtle shifts in the energy around you.

You may feel a tingling sensation,

A cool breeze or warmth.

You may have a knowingness of their presence.

You may sense something else.

And if there are any other angels or guides who you wish to call on to be with you,

Who you'd like to work with,

Now is the time.

You can call on the angels by name or you can simply call on your divine angelic team of light to be with you.

Finding yourself standing in the middle of a huge,

Vast meadow filled with flowers of every color,

Feeling the warmth of the sunlight on your skin,

Hearing the sounds of nature,

Feeling a gentle breeze.

And as you stand here,

You feel very peaceful.

You feel very relaxed.

You feel so at home and you are so happy to be in this space.

And you notice that the angels are with you,

Barakiel,

Ariel,

Phuel,

And your other angels and guides who are assisting you.

And you feel so honored and blessed to be joined by them in this space.

You notice there are some angels dancing and singing and you can feel the palpable joy that emanates from them.

And you take a moment just to absorb the energy of this space.

And angel Ariel steps forward and begins to open up a wind vortex.

But instead of this vortex spiraling down from the sky,

The vortex opens up directly in front of you.

And just like a doorway,

You find that you can step through,

You can step inside.

And as you step in,

Even though the wind is swirling swiftly all around you,

You can feel just a gentle breeze.

It feels so soft and welcoming.

And as this breeze swirls all around you,

It's very healing and cleansing.

You can feel your energy being cleansed on all levels,

Physically,

Mentally,

Emotionally,

Spiritually.

And you just let go.

You let go and allow this swirling vortex to work its magic.

You let go completely,

Releasing heavy energy,

Heavy thoughts,

Heavy emotions,

Anything that's no longer serving you.

And when the cleansing is complete,

You feel guided to walk through the vortex,

Continuing on out the other side and back into the beautiful sunlit meadow.

You already feel lighter,

Cleansed,

Refreshed and renewed.

And as you stand observing the space all around you,

Observing nature,

The plants,

The flowers,

You can see and feel them on a new level.

You can appreciate them on a new level that you weren't able to before.

It's like a veil has been lifted and you see the colors brighter.

You hear the sounds more vibrantly.

You feel the essence of this place more tangibly.

And next Phu'el steps forward and Phu'el,

Lord of the Waters,

Opens up a water vortex,

Just like a whirlpool.

But again,

Instead of opening up below you,

The vortex opens up in front of you,

Just like a doorway.

You find you can step inside this water vortex.

And once inside,

You find that even though the water is swiftly swirling all about you,

You can feel just a gentle,

Very light flow of cleansing water around you.

And you allow the water to flow in and around your body.

You find it's even able to flow into your physical being.

The water is deeply cleansing and refreshing and you once again let go on new levels.

You give yourself permission to let go,

To allow for the release.

Allow the water to cleanse away anything that no longer serves you.

When the cleansing is complete,

You step through the vortex,

Stepping through to the other side,

Back into the meadow,

Feeling cleansed,

Balanced and aligned.

Once again,

You notice the vibrancy of nature.

You noticed the depth of the colors.

You can see on new levels,

You can even see the vibrancy of the etheric realms,

The spiritual realms.

And you feel a renewed sense of joy,

Of happiness,

Of bliss,

Welling up inside you,

Pouring through you and you relax and allow it to flow through you.

You allow the bliss,

You allow the joy.

Next Barakiel steps forward and opens up an emotional healing vortex.

You can see inside there's energy swirling swiftly all around this vortex and you step forward and step inside once again.

And as the energy swirls rapidly all around you,

You feel a very gentle pull as emotional cords and ties are drawn out to be released and transmuted,

As heavy energy is drawn from you and you choose to let go,

You choose to allow for the release.

And inside this emotional healing vortex,

The energy is twofold.

There's a cleansing energy and there's also a vibrant,

Uplifting healing energy.

So once the heavy energy is pulled from you instantly,

You're being filled with a vibrant healing energy.

When you're ready,

You step through this vortex,

Stepping out the other side,

Feeling lighter,

Feeling a sense of relief and peace.

And as you step into the meadow,

Once again,

You see that the energy has changed and shifted or rather your perception of the energy has changed.

You see more,

You feel more,

You know more,

You are able to be in this space as an observer,

But also as part of the meadow.

You feel yourself as every blade of grass,

Every flower.

You feel yourself as the wind.

You feel yourself as the other angels who are surrounding you.

You become one with the environment and yet you remain you standing in this space.

You're able to perceive from all perspectives.

Mirachiel steps forward,

Placing a cloak of protection around you,

Sealing in the healing energy.

You thank Mirachiel,

Ariel and Phuel for their help.

You thank your other angels and guides who are with you.

And you bring with you that renewed energy,

That renewed sense of oneness,

Of connection,

Of wholeness.

And as you return to the present moment,

Returning to your physical body,

Take a moment just to appreciate that sense of oneness.

When you're ready,

Taking a deep breath in and out,

Bringing some gentle movement back into your fingers,

Your toes,

Beginning to very gently open your eyes and coming back into the room when you're ready.
