Placing your feet flat on the floor,

Placing your hands in your lap.

Taking a few deep breaths in and out and beginning to relax.

Breathing deeply in through your nose,

Into your abdomen and sighing on the out breath through your mouth releasing and letting go.

So breathing in again through your nose,

Deep into your abdomen,

Holding at the top of your breath and through your open mouth sighing out the out breath.

You may want to do an audible sigh or just allow the breath to release as it wishes to.

So again,

Breathing deeply in,

Feeling your abdomen expand out,

Feeling the fresh air expanding your lungs,

Allowing yourself to sigh the breath out on the out breath through your open mouth.

And one final deep breath in,

Feeling yourself breathing deeply,

Feeling your lungs expanding,

Feeling your chest expanding,

Holding at the top of your breath and then breathing out through your mouth,

Allowing yourself to release,

Allowing yourself to let go even more,

Allowing yourself to feel deeply relaxed.

Feeling that sense of relaxation washing over you,

Feeling your body heavy in the chair,

Feeling your feet heavy on the ground,

Feeling your arms heavy in your lap and surrendering to it,

Allowing your body to become heavy as you let go.

So when you're ready,

Visualize yourself out in nature in the most beautiful,

Relaxing setting.

See and feel the warmth of the sun on your skin,

Hear the sounds of nature all around you,

Allow yourself to surrender to the moment,

Allow yourself to experience the beauty of the setting that you're in,

Allow yourself to drink it up.

And as you stand here,

You notice just across from you on the ground,

You see the most beautiful array of blankets and cushions and they're all set up just like a bed in the center of this wonderful,

Beautiful space.

And you walk over and you feel the soft,

Plush blankets in your hand and you kneel down and you hold one of the blankets up to your cheek and you feel the softness against your cheek and you allow yourself to lie down.

You feel as if the blankets surrounding you are the softest,

Most comforting,

Warm blankets that you have ever felt before.

And you allow the blankets to envelop you just like a cocoon.

They wrap around you just like a baby swaddled in blankets and you feel so nourished,

You feel so nurtured in these blankets.

It feels so good to rest here.

And as you lie in these most wonderful,

Comforting blankets,

You fall into a deep sleep,

Into a deep restorative sleep.

And at first,

You drift off into nothingness.

All you feel is deep peace.

And as you relax more and more into this deeply restful state,

You feel a deep surrender within you.

And as you surrender more and more,

You relax into the deepest state of calm and relaxation that you have ever felt.

And it fills you up,

Just like a thousand sleeps in one go.

And as you remain in this deeply delicious,

Relaxed state,

You begin to see stars and planets in the distance.

And as you observe these stars,

The universe surrounding you,

You're conscious of being an observer within the universe,

But also being the universe itself.

You are the universe.

And you feel so content just to observe the swirling of the planets,

Of the stars,

Of the galaxies,

The solar systems.

And it feels so natural to be part of the magnificence of creation and to be the creator.

Everything around you is silent.

Everything is perfect.

Everything is wondrous.

And you drink it all in.

Everything is perfect.

Everything is balanced.

Everything is bliss.

You are the universe.

You belong here.

There is no thought of worry here.

There are hardly any thoughts at all.

And you simply observe the magic of the universe as it flows in all its glory.

The magic of you as you flow in all your glory.

And it feels as if you could stay here for eternity.

It feels as if you have been here for eternity.

And you rest here for another moment,

Deeply content,

Free,

And unbound.

And you begin to feel a draw as if something is pulling you back.

Pulling you back towards that bed filled with the softest,

Most comforting blankets.

And in a moment you feel a sensation of the soft blankets against your skin.

It feels so nurturing,

So welcoming,

So blissful.

And you hug the blankets surrounding you and you rest here for a moment.

And as you begin to gently emerge from the blankets that you've been wrapped up in,

You notice a soft glow emanating from your skin.

And you see your whole body is surrounded in the soft glow of light.

And then you see a flicker over your shoulder and you notice a shimmer of light from behind you.

And you feel a new sensation,

Something you've never felt before.

And you realize you've grown your wings,

Beautiful wings of light that sparkle and shine.

You have emerged,

Transformed,

Glowing from the inside with renewed light.

And you allow your new wings to unfurl.

And you flap your wings and to your surprise and delight you realize that you can fly.

And you fly up into the air and feel the freedom of flight.

It feels so good to soar high in the sky.

It feels so freeing,

So euphoric.

And you laugh as you play and soar and dance in the sky.

And as you begin to return back to the earth.

You land and feel the coolness of the earth beneath your feet.

You feel that deep connection with Mother Earth,

That grounding,

Nurturing energy.

And you touch the earth with your hand,

Thanking Mother Earth for supporting you.

And you allow your wings to fold in behind you.

And you take with you that soft glow of light surrounding your body.

And you bring it back into the present moment.

And you allow your wings to unfold.

And you bring it back into the present moment.

And you allow it to suffuse every part of your being.

And you take some deep restorative breaths in and out.

And you start to bring some gentle movement back into your fingers,

Your toes.

And in your own time,

Opening your eyes and coming back into the room.
