We start off with a grounding technique which focuses on breath and feeling the contact points. We notice how strong the points of contact are and how supported and safe we are. We then take a few deep breaths and transport to the beach where we breathe in goodness and breathe out toxicity. We then share a moment with G-d in which we listen to something we need to hear.
