I want you to close your eyes,
Put your feet on the ground,
Or if you're lying down,
Just get into a comfortable position.
And I want you to feel any point of contact that you have with your bed or the chair or the ground.
And I want you to feel how solid it is and push down on it and see how strong it is and how safe you are and how you're taken care of and how you're okay.
And I want you to take a deep breath in through your nose,
In which your stomach expands,
And hold it for a second.
And then breathe out with your mouth,
Slowly.
And then you're going to do it again,
Making sure to hold.
And then you're going to feel the ground again,
You're going to see how solid it is.
And then I want you to,
Again,
Focus all your thoughts on your breath and breathe in again deeply and out.
Then I want you to take yourself to the beach in your mind.
And I want you to imagine yourself lying on the sand and breathing in as the shore comes up.
All goodness and confidence and clarity and peace and awesomeness of the weekend and hope and good opportunities and self-love and self-acceptance and connection and relationships and growth and contribution and just all the things that make you who you are and drive and all blessings.
And then it fills your whole body up and you feel cleansed as if you dipped in the McVan or something.
And then as the shore goes back out,
I want you to imagine all of these things and all the expectations and all the judgment and all the have to and all the worry and the fear and the scared.
And I want you to throw it out of your system and let it just exit out and then breathe again in all the good things and breathe out all the bad things.
And then I want you to close your eyes and I want you to talk to God and ask him and just stay with there with him and feel his presence.
And then I want you to imagine a time when you were laughing a lot and when you were very connected to someone and when you were very thankful to be alive.
And then after that,
I want you to talk to God and say,
God,
Please help me.
Can you tell me what I need,
What I could do right now to ease my mind or a sentence that will make me feel good?
And then it's just going to come and it's going to be there.
You're not going to have to think about that.
It's just going to present itself and then you're going to bring yourself back into your body and you're going to think about the beach and you're going to think about where you are right now.
You're going to feel the floor or your bed and you're going to feel how solid you are and how you're protected and everything's going to be okay.
