Hello and welcome to today's meditation.

Thank you for showing up for yourself today.

Before we start our visualization,

I want us to get into the present moment.

Secure yourself in a comfortable position and where you feel the support from underneath you.

On the ground,

On the chair,

Couch,

Bed,

You are supported and you are here.

You are here.

I want you to close your eyes softly and take three deep breaths.

Feeling yourself with goodness,

Love,

Peace.

Noticing how calm your breath is.

We will go on an adventure together.

You are standing at the beginning of a path and this path is filled with trees and flowers,

Vines with birds of all different colors.

You have a light backpack that doesn't give you any burden to hurt any part of your back.

It doesn't feel like it's there but you know it contains exactly what you need for this journey.

You could feel the excitement in your bones and your blood and your heart.

You are ready and excited to go see the beautiful nature and be with yourself.

The clock hits 9 a.

M.

And you're ready to start.

You start walking through this forest,

The beautiful path and you just can't help smiling.

Musical birds fill your ears.

You don't even need music.

You're spinning and skipping and just Charlie.

You hear a bird sound and look that way and you see a majestic parrot.

You see it fly away down the path and you continue walking with a skip in your step.

You hear a little river to the left.

So peaceful.

You take a second to look at this river,

Look at this stream flowing so smoothly,

Elegantly,

Peacefully.

Close your eyes.

First you just listen.

You open your eyes,

You just take in what the world is offering you.

Then you reach down and you feel the water pass through your fingers.

So smoothly or replenishingly.

You're soaking in all these feelings,

Sensations and peace.

You will carry this moment for a long time inside of you.

Take a deep breath and you're ready and excited to continue your journey.

Go along thinking about how grateful you are to have the capabilities to be where you are right now.

To be able to walk effortlessly,

Breathe effortlessly.

On the right you see this massive tree.

Beautiful,

Extending high into the sky.

You're in a high trunk and you go and feel the bark.

Close your eyes and you feel the bark's rough edges,

The smooth side.

It just feels like a massage on your fingers.

You feel connected to the nature.

Look at the leaves.

You see the sun shining through,

Glowing the leaves.

You can see the details,

The intricacies.

You look at the back of the leaf,

The front of the leaf.

You smile.

Then look at your hand,

The back of it,

The front of it.

You notice the intricacies,

The fingerprint,

The detail.

Your heart is glowing.

Your mind is free.

You continue on your path.

Notice each step and how happy you are,

How alive you feel.

When you come along a fork in the road and you stop for a moment and think which way you should go,

Which way you want to go,

Because you are a choosing individual.

And all of a sudden,

The parrot that you saw before appears on the right path.

So you choose to go to the right,

Following this bird.

You see berries,

Red and blue,

Black,

All different colors,

So beautiful.

You recognize a raspberry bush,

So you decide to take one.

Clean it off with some water from your bag.

Look at the raspberry.

Feel it in your hand.

Appreciate that you are about to take a bite of this.

Feel its tender juices in your mouth,

Awakening your taste buds.

You then place it in your mouth and feel it on your tongue.

Feel the juice spreading throughout your mouth like a stream of enthusiasm and delight.

It adds an even bigger smile to your face.

You say thank you.

Thank you to God,

The universe,

The source of it all,

For this raspberry.

The color,

The taste,

The sensations,

The joy you feel picking it,

Eating it.

You then continue on your way.

You see a butterfly,

So beautiful.

You watch it as it goes about its way,

Stopping at each flower and enjoying.

So beautiful and light.

Almost how you feel along this journey.

Then continue on your way.

You notice a beautiful rocking chair made of wood and grass,

Soft.

And there,

Calling your name.

You get closer.

You say thank you for being here.

Sit down and rock like a swing.

The most beautiful place you can imagine.

You're just so grateful and content,

Happy in that peace.

Take off your little knapsack,

Unzip it,

Hearing the sound it makes.

You take out a journal and a pen.

It's your favorite pen and your special journal.

You look upon it with delight.

Before you open it,

You close your eyes.

You just listen once more to where you are.

You smell the beautiful scents of flowers around you.

You feel the soft,

Smooth rocking chair.

Your feet on the ground.

And your eyes,

They're just amazed by what you see.

Trees,

Birds,

Butterflies,

Birds chirping.

Beautiful melody calling each other.

The trees swaying and shining,

Intricate,

Unique.

Flowers giving off beautiful fragrances and adding color and design to the tapestry before you,

To the landscape,

To the art.

Then you open up your notebook.

Your hand just starts flowing.

You don't need to even think,

You're just going.

You're writing beautiful poetry about how you feel,

How thankful you are,

How amazed you are in all the world outside you.

And then in this poem,

You transition to recognize that the world inside of you is just as special.

The intricacies,

The freedom,

The clarity,

The joy,

The enthusiasm,

The creativity,

The kindness,

The delicacy,

The elegance,

The joy,

The gratitude,

The potential of growth,

The potential for life,

The life that's inside of you,

The gift you've been given,

And the source,

The same for the world of nature you see around you and the world of nature you see inside of you.

You're connected.

You are one.

You are one.

And that's the title of your poem.

You are one.

You look at your poem,

You smile,

And you put your pen down for now.

You look around once more.

You close your eyes.

Take a deep breath and remember that all these memories and feelings,

Sensations,

And views,

Sounds,

Smells you've taken in are inside of you.

They're with you.

They are a part of you.

You are one.

You're ready to come back to where you are,

To feel your comfortable position,

To live a life that you were given each day,

But right now just this one,

This day.

Today's the day.

You're thankful.

You take a deep breath.

You are one.
