I want you to put your hands on your lap and your feet on the ground flat.
And I want you to take a deep breath.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
And one more time and hold it.
Now I want you to imagine yourself in a year.
And I want you to see that self,
That version of yourself where you're very comfortable in your own skin.
All the things that you're trying to work on,
You feel like you were able to work on and you feel much more confident with them,
With God's help and with hard work.
And this self who's comfortable and confident and happy and very light,
Free of anxiety,
Free of needing approval from other people,
Free of fear.
This version of yourself is just smiling at you and shining.
She's almost floating in the air and she comes to you and she looks at you in the eye and she tells you,
You are great.
You are okay.
You don't need to change anything about yourself.
Just keep being yourself and doing your best.
Take off the pressure.
Pretend that you're taking off all the weight from your shoulders and just throw it in the ocean.
Throw the rocks and see how far they go and how they sink deep and feel how you feel much more free.
And then this higher version of yourself comes and says,
You are okay.
Everything's going to be okay.
Take a deep breath.
Then your higher self comes in and gives you a big hug and you start crying a little bit and you realize that you are okay,
That you are enough and that everything will be okay.
That you can do it,
That you are strong and that you just need to enjoy the day and you feel that hug and it's so warm and refreshing and cozy and it gives you strength and power and freedom.
And then you let go of the hug and you look at the higher version of yourself and you say thank you.
And the higher version of yourself says back to you,
I'm always here for you.
And you both look at each other and you smile and the higher part of yourself walks away and you feel content and safe and happy.
And then you take another deep breath,
Soaking in the moment and you recognize that you're okay and that everything will be okay and all you need to do is do your best,
Smile and enjoy the day.
And then you take one more deep breath and you come back into your body.
You feel your feet on the ground and your hands on your lap and slowly you're going to open your eyes and feel refreshed and content and free and calm.
