We start off breathing and entering our bodies. Relaxing each part and giving us meaning through the focus on each part. Then we take ourselves to a place that we enjoy and feel ourselves there. We are thankful. We just are. We are empowered. Perfect the way we are, in this moment. You can always come back. This peace is within us.

Welcome to today's meditation.

Thank you for joining us and showing up for yourself today.

I want you to start off with three deep breaths.

Getting out anything that's bothering you.

Breathing in beautiful oxygen and getting out carbon dioxide.

Replenishing yourself.

Feeling healthy and strong.

Taking in the things that make you happy and removing the things that bother you.

I want you to get into a comfortable position.

Settle down.

Settle in.

And now I want you to focus your attention on the body part that I speak of.

Just as if a light is shining there.

You're full of goodness with special attention to the body part that I focus on.

We will start off with your toes.

I want you to wiggle them because you are excited for life.

I want you to roll your ankles because you know that you could go with the flow.

Extend your calves because you know that you have a large and growing potential.

Roll your knees because you're thankful for your ability to adapt.

Jiggle your thighs because we're all imperfect and just having some fun.

Move your hips because you know how to dance to the beat of your life.

Expand and contract your stomach because you're full of goodness and you know how to share it with others.

Expand your chest because you're confident in your place in this world.

Roll your shoulders because anything that is bothering you will fly right off.

Move your arms because you are thankful for all the capabilities you have.

Bend your elbow because you know you are strong and can fight off negativity and stress.

Move your fingers and be thankful for the little things that make you smile,

Laugh.

There's so many.

Touch your nails because you realize how smooth and calm you are.

Roll your neck because you know that everything is okay.

Bend your chin because you know that you can lift your head up no matter what.

Let your cheeks rest and your jaw drop because you are in all of the world around you.

Feel because you are happy.

Blink and feel the softness of your eyes because you can see and you can relax.

Feel your hair.

How it's so soft and beautiful.

See the light that shines from the tips of your toes to the top of your head because you are divine.

You are divine.

Yes,

You heard me.

Your whole body is relaxed and you feel this new energy come across your whole body filling you up.

And now I want you to take this relaxed,

Receptive,

Beautiful body and soul of yours and bring it with you to a safe place,

A place of joy that you can just be in,

Where you can just be.

Whether that be near a pond on top of a mountain,

At the movie theaters,

A concert,

Amongst your friends at home or at the zoo.

It is a place that is special to you.

You are in the car about to enter into this favorite place of yours and you are excited.

This place is inside of you and now it's around you.

Place yourself in that spot and you feel what it feels like to be there.

Hear the sounds that are associated with that place.

You feel the joy in your heart and throughout your whole body.

You are so thankful and alive and you are in this place,

Deep in this place.

You are still and you are happy,

You are content and you are excited.

There's no rush,

No time limits.

You can stay there for as long as you like and return there whenever you like.

Taking in all the noises,

All the sounds and they're going in your ears like a harmonic melody which is pumping your heart,

Flowing through your body.

You're sinking in this moment.

You are one.

You are home.

You are at peace.

You exist.

And then you hear a voice that tells you,

This is you.

This is your state.

This is your natural being.

Joy is your birthright.

And you don't just need this place for these feelings to come about.

You have all the power,

All the love inside of you,

No matter where you go.

You have the excitement in your bones,

The peace in your heart and the smile in your face.

You're suddenly not afraid.

You're alive.

You are free.

You are excited.

You are still.

You realize that there's more than just physical parts that make you who you are.

There's a spiritual element inside of you which transcends you and transcends your circumstance.

Your body and soul work in harmony and want the best for you.

You feel this essence.

It fills your entire being.

It's right there always.

You take a few deep breaths,

Sinking this in.

You are free.

You are alive.

There's nothing greater than that.

You are special.

You're excited.

You're filled with joy,

Ready to continue showing this light to the world.

You wiggle your toes,

Roll your ankles,

Extend those calves.

Roll your knees,

Jiggle your thighs,

Move your hips,

Extend and contract your stomach,

Broaden your chest.

Use your arms,

Bend your elbow,

Move your fingers,

Feel your nail,

Lift your chin up,

Roll your neck,

Relax your face,

Smile,

Blink your eyes,

Caress your hair.

You are relaxed.

You are you.

You are ready.

You are full.

You are here.
