Do you have 20/20 vision? If you use devices you probably suffer visual strain. Perhaps you wear glasses, contact lenses or had surgery that hasn't helped the underlying strain, or resulting headaches, shoulder/neck pain, poor posture, and fatigue. Relax the body, the visual system and passively improve your vision by relaxing the muscles in the upper body and around the eyes. Get a cushion or place some books onto a table/desk for today's session. Learn to relax and see better.
