Thank you for making time to reconnect here and most importantly thank yourself.
Today's meditation is inspired by I AM affirmations.
Let's start by taking a deep inhale and exhale while counting to five for both.
Inhale 1,
2,
3,
4,
5 and exhale 1,
2,
3,
4,
5.
Again,
Inhale 1,
2,
3,
4,
5 and exhale 1,
2,
3,
4,
5.
Repeat this breathing technique to yourself a few times,
Falling deeper into this moment.
Now,
Repeat these words out loud or to yourself.
I am breathing in love.
I am breathing out doubts.
I will find the ones who make me feel like a young heart again.
With all of my knowledge now,
I am beyond enough.
I am well worth love.
Roses grow beneath me.
Each step I take,
I thank the universe for all the good in my life.
Instead of comparing myself to others,
I'll consider how much I have changed for the better.
And when I mess up,
It's okay.
I will begin again.
Love is all around me.
Noticing all the love around me forever and always will build a custom of never missing any chances to love again.
Possibilities to grow.
A celebration to shed any jadedness.
The voices don't define me.
Nor does my earlier mistakes.
Or who I once was.
I can be whoever I want to be.
I can be the sunshine that I have always been.
No one is in my way but my mind,
But that is okay.
I treat my mind with loving care,
As I do with my body.
The temple of a bed of roses,
Deserving of all pleasures and good.
My heart speaks in music if I practice silence.
I am so beautiful.
I will never be ashamed.
I will never forget a moment to give more love to myself in the least.
I am breathing in love.
I am breathing out all of those doubts.
This is my treasured mantra.
A map to my soul when I feel low.
A circle to bring me back to a safe place to call home.
This is your safe circle.
