Hey there loves,
Thank you for making time to reconnect here and most importantly,

Today's meditation is on manifesting your future partner.
I welcome you to embrace your space with candles of your favorite scent and maybe even along with rose quartz crystals for love and or anything that is calling you today.
As you have found your comfortable position,
Let's take a moment to accept what is and what has happened to us and our ex-partners in past relationships and let's let go of all of the what ifs,
Could haves,
Let's be grateful for all of what we have learned from it all,
Which has helped us grow even if we don't see it now.
We are growing more and more beautiful inside and out each day.
When it comes to manifesting our future partner,
We first have to repattern and recondition ourselves,
From our past experiences with people,
Reminding us that there are good humans out there,
Because you can't see beautiful human beings if you don't believe they are out there.
Let's take a few moments to connect to our breath as we let go of the past.
Go ahead and breathe in slowly,
Counting to 5,
Feeling the fullness of love in your heart that grows more and more each day.
And exhale slowly,
Counting to 5,
Releasing the past and any tension of uneasy feelings in the body.
This is your time and you deserve this,
For yourself and to manifest all you desire.
Let's take another slow deep breath in,
Counting to 5,
Feeling the expansion of the belly.
And again exhaling slowly,
Counting to 5,
Feeling the deflation of the belly as you feel yourself becoming lighter and lighter of the past with each breath you release.
Continue this a few times to yourself,
Feeling your body grow heavier as you relax more into the present moment,
Knowing that you will achieve all you desire by putting in the work and time,
Maybe slowly but rest assured the universe will deliver.
If your mind wanders,
It's okay.
It's in the mind's nature to wander.
See the mind as a child who wants to run away and play and just gently bring yourself back to the present moment.
And as you manifest this partner in more depth,
You will naturally come up with more qualities that are important and that you value in a person.
For the time being,
It's okay to keep it simple by coming up with qualities that first come to your mind.
Let's start by creating a list of 3 values in a partner that you won't compromise,
In which you can always come back to recenter your thoughts of your future partner.
So,

Now,
List 3 other values and qualities that you would desire in a partner that could also be considered a bonus.
Let's go a little deeper.
Now list qualities and aspects you look for in a relationship and with your future partner,
Like you are looking for a partner who is actively healing within and or how you want the relationship to be a healthy and safe space to communicate and assert each other to one another.
List some future dreams that you would like both of you to share similarities in.
Let's start by creating a list of 3 values in a partner that you won't compromise,
In which you can always come back to recenter your thoughts of your future partner.
Feel free to list physical attributes now if you feel it calling to you.
Otherwise,
Have faith in trusting the universe will find you a partner that falls under the physical attributes that you desire.
And rest assured that you can go through life knowing that this aspect of a partner is handled and it may be fun to let the universe surprise you.

Now let's take a moment to come back to the breath,
Slowly breathing in all the beautiful qualities and values you desire in your partner.
Let them all wash over you.
And slowly breathing out any old beliefs or conditioning that no longer serves you.
Go ahead and do this a few times to yourself,
Keeping in mind the previous breathing practice of counting to five as you breathe in and breathe out.
Really feel the peace and calmness of your body,
Knowing all of what you desire is now manifesting and all as well.
If your mind wanders,
Just compassionately come back to your breath and the excitement of your future partner and all their beautiful qualities that you will have that you can look forward to.
Now we will begin to let our minds run wild.
Remember to leave it up to the universe to figure out how you will meet your partner.
Take a moment to picture your future with them a few years into the relationship.
Picture where you are living.
Notice the interior or the outdoor interior.
Notice how it smells.
What do you hear?
Did you just have breakfast,
Lunch or dinner?
What did you have?
Maybe the taste of the food or drink is still lingering in your mouth.
Now,
Touch your surroundings.
Even interact with your surroundings.
This is your home,
Your safe space.
How do you feel?
Now,
Notice your partner with you and all the gratitude washes over you and how the universe works in mysterious ways.
You are grateful for all the trials and triumphs,
All the time you spent on yourself that led you to be true to who you are,
Which ultimately led you to your partner and your dream home and safe space.
You see your partner in their element or maybe you join them.
Take a moment to explore this imagery further.
Maybe even imagine what a day in this life with them in your home and safe space looks like.
Take a few moments to really immerse yourself creatively into this moment.
If your mind wanders,
Just compassionately come back to your breath and this beautiful and magical manifestation.
Now,
Let's come back to the body,
Moving your toes and fingers and when it feels most comfortable,
Open your eyes.
Incorporate this meditation or aspects of this meditation into your rituals to manifest and to bring you closer to your partner and ultimately your dreams.
Maybe even taking a few moments to journal any thoughts that came up during this meditation and you can reflect on your progress over time.
