Welcome loves,
Thank you for reconnecting here and most importantly,
Think yourself.
And go ahead and take a comfortable position if you haven't already,
Sitting,
Lying down,
Whatever works for you today.
Today's meditation is about releasing any stress,
Anxiety,
Or agitation.
And go ahead and take a deep breath in,
And when you exhale,
Release a sigh of any built up stress.
And go ahead and do that for three more times.
A lot of the times when we are stressed out,
It manifests in our neck,
Shoulder,
Or body.
Because we are inhaling but never exhaling.
So today we are really focusing on letting it all out.
So let's go ahead and do three more slow breaths in and out.
And as you really inhale,
Feel the expansion of your stomach.
And when you exhale,
Really feel your shoulders sink down.
And let's go ahead and do that for three more breath cycles.
And just remember,
Whatever you are feeling today is all okay.
And you always have your breath to come back to when you are in stressful situations.
During this COVID-19,
Having access to our breathing is such a privilege.
For our last inhale and exhales,
Really think about the gratitude for having the ability to really breathe.
So as we close this meditation,
Take this awareness of breath throughout your day to day.
And thank you again for reconnecting here and most importantly,
Thank yourself.
