Hey there loves,
Thank you for making time to reconnect here and most importantly,
Thank yourself.
Today's meditation is about dissolving the ego.
I invite you to set the mood with candles or using crystals to bring in any intention like with amethyst for healing,
Rose quartz for love and or blue lace for calm.
As we are comfortable in our desired posture,
Let's start by slowing down the system.
Go ahead and breathe in slowly and pause and exhale slowly any tension in the body.
Let's take another slow breath in and pause and again exhaling slowly,
Letting out any of the negative energy that you have been holding on this far.
Continue this a few times to yourself,
Feeling your body grow heavier as you relax more into this moment.
The ego tries to keep you locked away in your own little world,
Separated from the present moment.
Instead,
Challenge the mind by letting go of who you are,
Who you think you are,
What you do,
Who you are to other people and just be here now and realize that you are not your body.
Instead,
You are a ball of energy and light.
This is your time,
Your moment to release the mask you have been wearing to the world.
During your breath,
Breathe in slowly as you imagine shedding these masks while your body dissipates.
And exhale slowly,
Really feeling how good it feels to just be,
Letting go of all the weight of status and never having to keep up with it all.
You are not trying to be anything.
You are everything and nothing at all.
Take this moment to really connect to your breath,
Feeling the joy and lightness of your soul in this world.
If your mind wanders,
Just gently come back to your breath.
Now,
Repeat out loud or to yourself,
I am not my body.
I am removing all my masks.
I am pure energy.
I am no longer wrapped up in society's game of status.
I am living in my heart space.
I am not my body.

Really feel the weight of these masks becoming lighter.
I am not my body.
Being in a loving space is to send love and joy to others around you,
Knowing that we are all worthy of our dreams and desires.
We are not different than anyone else.
If you succeed,
I succeed.
We are all in this together and you no longer need to compare yourself to others.
The ego feeds on comparison and comparison is the death of joy.
Therefore,
You stop judging everything around you,
Including yourself.
Judgment comes from the fear which emanates from the ego.
Remember,
You are not your ego.
Let all the judgment dissipate,
Honoring all life forms on earth.
Now,
Let's take a moment to come back to the breath.
Slowly breathing in oneness and slowly breathing out any separation of all life forms.
Go ahead and do this for a few times to yourself.
If your mind wanders,
Just compassionately come back to your breath.
Let these words embrace you.
If I succeed,
We all succeed.
I no longer compare myself.
I pass beautiful vibes,
Not judgment.
I am one with the universe.

The ego holds on to anything it can to keep its full presence alive.
Therefore,
It always wants to defend itself.
Ask yourself to ignore the urge to defend your ego and let the feelings wash over you.
You will notice how the words that seem to have power over you are now flowing weightless and effortlessly down a stream of water,
Letting the image of who you are shatter into pieces for newness to emerge.
Letting go of all the need to manipulate or change a situation.
And letting go of the urge to control anyone.
Now,
Let's take a moment to come back to the breath.
Slowly breathing in and slowly breathing out.
Saying to yourself or out loud,
I am content.
I live in abundance.
I center myself through nature.
I no longer crave recognition.
I want all to shine around me.
All good deeds don't need recognition.
When I am doing things from the goodness of my heart,
I am content.

Take these last moments to focus on your breath.

Bring all this beautiful energy to your day.
