To remind you of all you have to be thankful for, to move you out of a state of lack and into one of appreciation and a feeling of abundance. It supports you to have a wider perspective, and can change your state of mind in an instant as it’s an opportunity to refocus and notice what is good and working in your life. The other significant aspect of gratitude, is that the more you look at what you do have, it increases your ability to see the positive in your life, and you attract more of it to you.
