Om Shanti,

We're going to look at how to be cool and calm inside.

When I think about coolness inside myself with my thoughts I can encourage myself to feel that tranquility and stillness inside.

The seed of everything is the way that we think.

When I think in this calm,

Uncool way I can begin to relax.

Everything feels more easy and soothing inside my mind.

I can go beyond feelings of fear and create within myself an atmosphere that is easy.

And I can begin to see that I can think.

Think more clearly.

I can feel more restful and undisturbed.

Even more connected and gentle.

Free from worry and concern.

I can begin to feel feelings of relief,

Comfort,

Wellbeing.

I can go beyond feelings of animosity.

And experience more composure and restfulness.

And I can feel myself more in control of myself.

When I bring the energy of my thinking to the center of my forehead.

This is my place of control,

My life,

My thinking.

All of my thoughts are coming from this place in the center of my forehead.

Energy of light.

This can encourage me to see myself as a powerful being.

My thinking creates energy,

Energy patterns.

I can create soothing,

Calm,

Tranquil energy patterns.

And have periods of stillness and feelings of restful relief.

I can also feel connected to the whole world.

And gentle and kind.

I can feel that I'm light and love.

The seed of everything is the way that we think.

When I think in this calm,

Uncool way,

I can begin to realize everything feels more easy and soothing inside my mind.

And so remembering that there is a powerful soul and that energy added to my energy can give me extra power and strength to be creative,

Restful and gentle,

Free from worry,

To have relief,

Comfort and wellbeing.

Like a breath of life.

And feelings of understanding for others.

And good wishes for all souls in the entire world.
