I'm Rosalie and welcome to this astral projection guided meditation.
It's designed to help you expand and explore beyond the limits of the physical body.
This is a new technique which enabled me to have an out-of-body experience whilst lying on my side.
It can of course be practiced lying on your back as well,
But if you struggle to get comfortable lying on your back,
I encourage you to try this technique.
I invite you to practice this at night time as you're drifting off to sleep as it may trigger lucid dreams at a later stage in the night.
Allow this to unfold with ease and trust that whatever happens is a perfect experience for you at this time.
No pressure,
No expectations.
Let's begin by coming to rest in your bed in your most comfortable position,
Whatever that looks like for you.
Either on your side,
On your back,
Your fronts or even curled up into a little ball.
The most important thing here is to feel completely supported and comfortable.
Use any props you might need to help you feel warm,
Cozy,
Sheltered.
You may also like to adjust your headphones here and you might imagine creating a little bubble of coziness and warmth around you.
A space where you can completely let go.
Take a few moments here to make any final adjustments.
Now let's take 3 cleansing breaths together and with each exhale could you imagine sinking down a little bit more into the support beneath you.
Big inhale through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
And again.
One more big inhale.
The whole body letting go.
Now we will do a very short scan through the body of only a minute or so.
As we move through the body,
Could you release any sense of tension,
Gripping or tightness in the body?
You might imagine this like a wave of relaxation sweeping through the body like a soothing balm.
Beginning at the crown of the head,
This wave of relaxation flowing down through the forehead,
The eyes,
The cheeks,
The jaw.
The soothing balm flowing through the back of the neck and the throat.
Flowing down through the shoulders.
Continuing down the arms.
All the way down to the fingertips.
All the way down to the shoulders.
Completely letting go of any tension.
This soothing balm the centre of the chest.
Flowing down through the upper abdomen and the back to the belly.
The lower back to the hips.
And allow this wave of relaxation to flow through the thighs,
The knees,
The lower legs.
Continuing down all the way to the tips of your toes.
From the crown of your head to the tips of your toes.
The whole body letting go.
Now,
Using the power of your imagination,
Could you imagine or sense a radio dial?
Whatever that looks or feels like for you.
This dial controls all sensations in the body.
This dial controls all sensations in the body.
I will count down from five to one as you imagine turning the dial down.
The dial will be all the way down once I reach number one.
And as you dial down,
All sensations in the body simply dissolve.
Five.
Dialing down.
Four.
Three.
Two.
One.
One.
All sensations in the body dissolved.
Resting here as pure awareness.
Just being here as pure conscious awareness.
This awareness now shifts away from the body to a space about three meters or ten feet in front of you.
Could you imagine a scene playing out where you're doing something that totally captivates and excites you?
This could be you walking on your favorite beach,
Holding your lover's hand.
Or you could be climbing a mountain,
Watching the sunrise.
Or perhaps starring in your favorite TV show.
Create a scene with the power of your imagination.
Make this something personal and exciting for you.
Allow your imagination to run wild here.
I will give you a few minutes here to just watch this scene playing out in front of you.
Let yourself feel the emotions in the scene.
How does it make you feel?
Now with the power of your imagination and intent,
Can you imagine stepping into this scene and watching this play out?
You are now in the center of the action.
Now bring back to mind the radio dial.
In a moment,
You will imagine turning it back up as we count from one to five.
And as you do this,
The version of you in this scene comes alive.
Feel all sensations heightened here as you're completely immersed in the scene.
Notice what you can feel,
See,
And touch.
Notice what you can hear,
Taste,
And smell as you're part of the scene playing out.
Picturing the dial.
One.
Turning it up.
Two.
Keep going.
Three.
Four.
All the way up now.
Five.
Let yourself simply be here in the scene,
Letting it play out in the most optimal way,
In a way that makes you feel empowered,
Joyful,
So excited to be here.
How does it feel for this to be happening?
Now would the version of you in this scene like to explore beyond the physical body?
Might she or he like to fly,
To drop down into another realm or dimension?
Would she or he like to call in any guides or high vibrational beings of light to take you on an adventure,
To show you an astral city,
Or maybe your Akashic records?
Let this be easy and natural.
What would this version of you in the scene like to do next?
Allow yourself to drift here as you continue to be immersed in this scene.
Remember,
Help and assistance is always available to you.
You simply need to ask for it.
You may like to shroud yourself in a bubble of pure white light now,
Allowing only high vibrational energy and experiences to come your way.
