Hi,
I'm Rosalie and welcome to this three minute morning meditation.
Find a comfortable position and allow your eyes to blink closed.
Now take a deep breath in and let it go with a sigh.
And again,
Deep breath in and sighed out.
One more time,
Deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Let go of any tension,
Any worries,
Any niggling thoughts.
With every exhale,
Allowing any tension to melt away from your shoulders,
Your forehead,
Your eyes and your jaw completely relaxed.
And I'd like you now to bring your awareness to the point in between your eyebrows.
Feel the point in between your eyebrows and see yourself going about your day with a sense of ease and confidence.
Everything you do and everything you touch is easy and joyful and fun.
Feel that and allow those feelings to wash over you and through you.

Feel this.
It's time now to come fully back into your body,
Feeling yourself full of ease and joy and fun,
Ready for whatever lies ahead.
