This is a guided meditation to realign and balance your third eye chakra.

Your third eye chakra or Ajna chakra in Sanskrit is located at the center of your forehead and is linked to your intuition.

This chakra's element is light.

To prepare for this meditation find a comfortable seat.

Close your eyes or lower your gaze and bring your awareness to your third eye chakra.

Take a deep inhale through your nose and exhale out your mouth and again inhale by nose and as you exhale by mouth notice your sit bones sink into the earth.

Inhale by nose exhale by mouth soften your shoulders jaw belly and hips visualize a white beam of light travel up your spine illuminating your entire spine with every breath the light becomes brighter and brighter maintain your awareness on your third eye chakra and visualize the color indigo so take a deep inhale and mentally state I follow and honor exhale my intuition inhale I follow and honor exhale my intuition inhale I follow and honor exhale my intuition with every exhale notice your connection to your third eye chakra and as you do heighten your sense of intuition you are focused you are deeply connected to your inner wisdom when the third eye chakra is off balance you may experience lack of awareness feelings of unworthiness and distrust when it's in balance you are able to easily determine between truth and illusion and you feel focused notice how you feel in this moment so inhale I follow and honor exhale my intuition inhale I follow and honor exhale my intuition inhale I follow and honor exhale my intuition slowly slowly bring your awareness back to your breath slowly start to deepen your breath and whenever you are ready gently blink your eyes open and bring yourself back
