This is a guided meditation to realign and balance your crown chakra.

Your crown chakra,

Or sahasrara chakra in Sanskrit,

Is located at the top of your head and is linked to your higher spiritual information.

This chakras element is cosmic energy.

To prepare for this meditation,

Find a comfortable seat,

Close your eyes or lower your gaze,

And bring your awareness to your crown chakra.

Take a deep inhale through your nose and exhale out your mouth.

And again,

Inhale by nose.

And as you exhale by mouth,

Notice your sit bones sink into the earth.

Inhale by nose.

Exhale by mouth.

Soften your shoulders,

Jaw,

Belly and hips.

Visualise a white beam of light travel up your spine,

Illuminating your entire spine.

With every breath,

The light becomes brighter and brighter.

Maintain your awareness on your crown chakra and visualise the colour purple.

Take a deep inhale and mentally state,

I am exhaled at peace.

Inhale,

I am exhaled at peace.

Inhale,

I am exhaled at peace.

With every exhale,

Notice your connection to your crown chakra.

And as you do,

Heighten your sense of connection to your higher self.

You are peaceful.

You are connected to Source.

When the crown chakra is off balance,

You may experience fear of alienation and confusion.

When it's in balance,

You feel strong in your faith.

Experience universal love and wise understanding.

Notice how you feel in this moment.

Inhale,

I am exhaled at peace.

Inhale,

I am exhaled at peace.

Inhale,

I am exhaled at peace.

Inhale,

I am exhaled at peace.

Slowly,

Slowly,

Bring your awareness back to your breath.

Slowly start to deepen your breath.

And whenever you are ready,

Gently blink your eyes open and bring yourself back.
