You are sitting in front of the ocean, the gateway to the world. As you listen to the sound of the gentle waves and watch the flow of the blue water, you wonder how you can be a leader of love for the world in times of uncertainty and stress.

Let us open our hearts to the world.

Let us offer love as a way to heal humanity.

Close your eyes.

Come into a comfortable position.

Lengthen your spine.

Relax your neck.

If you are sitting in a chair,

Place your feet flat on the ground.

Relax your arms.

Relax your legs.

If your mind drifts away,

Gently bring it back to the present moment.

Come back to this place and stay here.

Focus on your breathing.

Inhale into the belly and exhale out the belly.

Inhale into the belly and hold.

Exhale and relax.

One more inhale.

Hold.

Exhale and relax.

Quiet your mind with your breath.

Come into your imagination.

Inhale and open the mind.

Exhale and release.

Inhale and open.

Exhale and release.

Drop into your breath.

Drop into the body.

Drop into the imagination.

Imagine a light filling your whole self with divine love.

This light starts at the bottom of your feet and slowly rises its way up through the knees,

Through the hips,

Through the belly.

This white light pouring into the solar plexus,

The heart,

The throat,

The head,

And this white light pouring straight out of your crown,

Completely immersing you with light and love.

You are sitting in front of the ocean,

The gateway to the world.

You mimic the waves that come in and out with your breath.

You breathe in precious ocean air and breathe out tension.

Enjoy this experience of solitude and silence.

When thoughts arise,

Allow your breath to let them go and bring your awareness back to the sound of the gentle waves moving in and moving out.

You reflect on these past few weeks,

These past few months,

And even in this moment.

You feel like you've been a witness to anxiety,

Confusion,

And chaos.

You are aware of how these emotions can paralyze you and others,

Steal from focus,

Good habits,

And a sense of peace and purpose.

Essentially,

Fear is the culprit that steals our well-being.

As you tune into your heart,

You wonder how you can be a leader of love for the world.

Your inner self tells you there's a path to healing in uncertain times.

Something keeps nudging you and telling you it's time to do your part.

It's not about taking the easy road or ignoring or avoiding what's happening.

It's about being conscious of creating positive energy.

It's about seeing the opportunity to serve as a role model for yourself and others in times of struggle.

It's about how to understand the fear,

Conquer the stress,

And navigate the future based on what is true,

Real,

And eternal.

As you sit in this place of knowing and of love and of light,

You get a sense that you're not alone.

You connect to other hearts who commit to a world of love,

Who take a stand for what is true.

In that space of sacred connection,

You hear these words rise up out of the water.

Together we can create a stabilizing and healing effect in our own life as well as all of humanity During this time of uncertainty,

Let us be a stabilizing presence on the planet.

Let us discern our true moments of potential breakthrough.

Let us seize the tremendous opportunity to transform how we see and respond to fear and confusion.

Universal healing energies are present and available to each of us when we tap into our own higher vibration.

It is time for humanity to know its power as the creative and healing presence that it is.

Right now,

Let love heal our hearts and the hearts of all beings.

Right now,

Let love help us feel safe,

Supported,

And guided to the light.

Please sit in silence as this message settles into your heart.

Your journey back to this space is effortless and calm.

You offer gratitude to the ocean for its powerful message of love,

Healing,

And light.

You believe in love as the greatest healing force there is.

You believe you are light.

You believe that you are the light of the world.

You believe that healing is happening right now for yourself and for all beings.

Take a look around one last time.

Know that you can return to the ocean at any time you like.

Become aware of your breath as you prepare to return to your surroundings.

Feel love and light flowing through your body while you remain calm and relaxed.

Come back into the body.

Gently stretch hands and fingers,

Toes and feet.

Continue to feel relaxed.

Allow yourself to feel ease.

Prepare to open your eyes.

Take a deep breath and slowly open your eyes.

Exhale,

Feeling completely relaxed,

Completely loved,

And completely whole.

Pretty good meditation. The music and other sounds were very calming. One suggestion would be to improve the sound of your voice. You could record yourself in a bedroom or another room with a ton of fabric all over the place. That will help the sound at least a little bit if not perfect LOL. Keep tinkering with it and I’ll give you feedback on how it is when you post a new meditation. ( I prefer the ones that help you visualize yourself in nature or with 🐴 horses😁❤️)
