Meditation,
I am.
Come into your space and into your body.
From a seated position,
Press both feet into the ground.
Lengthen your spine.
Drop your shoulders and relax your jaw.
Rest your hands on your lap,
Palms face up.
Stay in the body.
Stay relaxed in the body.
Welcome the breath into your space.
Inhale into your body.
Exhale and release.
Inhale and exhale.
One more inhale deeply.
And exhale fully.
Stay in the breath.
Stay steady in the breath.
Open the mind.
Imagine the words I am inside your mind.
With your inhale and exhale,
Allow the words to expand in your mind.
Stay in the mind.
Stay open in the mind.
Your body is relaxed.
Your breath is steady.
Your mind is open.
You are seated below a tree at the park.
It is a bright and sunny day.
You notice a slight breeze in the air.
You listen to squirrels run about.
Birds singing.
And leaves glowing.
It is a perfect day to relax.
It is a perfect day to fall in love with the world again.
In this relaxed place,
Your mind wanders to a question.
What is my state of being today?
We recall a teaching from teacher Joe Dispenza about this subject.
A state of being is when your mind and body are working together.
Your present state of being is your genuine mind-body connection.
You also remember a second teaching that talks about the word BE and that the letters stand for big energy.
By combining these two ideas,
Being present means I am big energy.
Makes so much sense to you.
Big energy allows the mind and body to cooperate and align with everything that makes us feel good.
You turn your focus inward and tune into your big energy or state of being.
You look for the parts of you in balance right now and declare the following messages.
I am content sitting under the tree.
I am happy to be in the world.
I am sharing my light with others.
I am grateful for my life.
I am bright.
I am calm.
I am having an awesome day.
I am playful.
I am courageous.
I am whole.
I am complete.
I am vibrant.
I am beautiful.
I am gifted.
I am forgiving.
I am generous.
I am strong.
I am healthy.
I am in perfect balance.
I am free.
I am creative.
I am clear.
I am growing.
I am perfect.
I am awake and aware.
I am abundant.
I am authentic.
I am honest.
I am connected to peace,
Love,
And joy.
I am me.
You feel so good in this space with your big energy.
The tree feels your state of being and you imagine it wrapping its branches around you and hugging you like an old friend.
Slowly,
Come back to your body by gently moving hands and feet,
Wiggling toes and fingers and come back into the body.
Trust and believe that big energy flows through you while you remain calm and relaxed.
Open your eyes.
