Light up your world.
Let us meet in the space of light.
Come into your body and close your eyes.
From a seated position,
Lengthen your spine.
Relax your neck.
Drop your shoulders.
Relax into the body.
Come into your breath.
Inhale into the body.
Exhale and release.
Inhale light into the body and exhale light out of the body.
Inhale light.
Exhale light.
Your body is light.
Your breath is light.
Come into your imagination.
Open your mind and see the word light across the screen of your imagination.
Look at this word.
Allow the word light to flow in and all around your mind.
You are full of light.
Light flows freely in your body.
Light flows freely in your breath.
Light flows freely in your mind.
You are standing outside on a gorgeous sunny day.
The warmth of the sun touches your face and relaxes you.
You get a feeling that today is going to be a very special day.
As you take in your surroundings,
You notice that people are lined up side by side.
As far as the eye can see,
People are standing next to each other.
As you wonder why this gathering is taking place,
Someone tells the crowd that every single person on earth is present for this gathering of light.
Excitement and anticipation rise into the air.
The person in charge of the gathering begins a countdown and people join in in calling out the numbers.

And 1.
A hush falls over the crowd.
Intuitively,
You and the others hold hands.
In moments,
The light above you spreads into all hearts.
A ring of heartlight beams in golden hues as far as the eyes can see.
The sun joins with your light,
Joins with your heart to bring about an even brighter and deeper experience of light.
Everything deep inside you remembers this experience.
From long ago,
You recall the story of how life began with a spark on earth.
The spark is called peace,
Love,
And joy.
The spark roots itself in the dirt.
Trees,
Branches,
Sand,
Rocks,
And stars.
The spark also plants itself inside every human and animal.
Over time,
The light loses its momentum and starts to slow down.
The ego found a way to lead people away from peace,
Love,
And joy and into fear,
Suffering,
And pain.
The light could not contend with its own shadow and decided to shrink from a glowing bright presence into a spark.
Until this moment,
Today,
The light speaks and invites us to rise up and unite in one joined mission to be and become the light.
Gently,
The light reaches out to all beings and infuses a message into all hearts.
Light before me.
Light behind me.
Light at my left.
Light at my right.
Light above me.
Light below me.
Light unto me.
Light in my surroundings.
Light to all.
Light to the universe.
As the light grows from a spark back into its radiant presence,
There is a release of the shadow,
A release of all that is heavy,
Dull,
And numb.
Through our light,
The planet is healing.
Through our light,
The planet is awakening.
Through our light,
The planet is overflowing with peace,
Love,
And joy.
In this glorious and precious moment,
Let us unite in this declaration of light.
I am light.
I am the light.
I shine light on my beloveds.
I shine light on those I have yet to know.
I shine light on trees,
Grass,
And sky.
I shine light on birds,
Butterflies,
And beans.
I shine light on the world around me.
I shine light on hearts and minds.
I shine light on community,
Belonging,
And connectedness.
I am light.
I am the light.
As you gaze down at your hands,
You notice a bright beam of light radiating from your hands and into the hands of your neighbors.
You become deeply aware of the eternal glowing light within all.
With a spirit of light and gratitude,
You sense it is time to return to this space.
You commit to lighting up yourself and humanity.
You promise to help others find light in times of change and uncertainty.
Finally come back into your body by gently moving feet and toes,
Hands and fingers.
Rotate your neck in one direction and rotate your neck in the opposite direction.
Come back into the body.
Believe and trust that light flows through you while you remain calm and relaxed.
As you return to the world,
Believe you are connected to many hands full of light.
In this way,
Let us reunite and bring the light we know and recognize to be true and possible.
