Inhale light into the body.
Exhale and release.
Inhale light.

Stay in your breath.
Stay in your light.
Bring your awareness to your mind.
See the word intention in your mind.
With your inhale and exhale,
Allow the word to expand in your mind.
See the word intention filled with white light.
Stay in your mind.
Stay with intention.
Stay here with light.
Imagine yourself seated in a cozy chair designed to fit your body like a warm blanket.
In this chair,
You find rest.
Take a few moments to clear your head.
Listen to your heart and let the stress of the day fade away.
In front of the chair,
You see a table with a white candle and there is a piece of paper underneath it.
You light the candle and stare into the flame.
Your imagination becomes clearer and more focused.
As you step away from the mental noise,
You are relaxing more and more deeply.
In this cozy chair,
You recall the ups and downs of the last few months.
It's unbelievable how fast time seems to be going.
What have you done so far?
What has worked for you?
Have you found yourself happy,
Peaceful,
Joyful?
Or did you encounter moments of struggle,
Fatigue,
And overwhelm?
As you reflect,
You see many moments that have made you happy,
Moments that have made you smile and feel grateful.
There have been moments that made you wonder and moments that made your heart heavy.
You've grown for the last few months.
You've grown on the outside and on the inside.
You're smarter and wiser.
You know yourself better and you're getting to know your personal gifts more and more.
You take a peek at the piece of paper below the candle and see it has words written upon it.
Ah,
Yes,
You remember.
A few months ago,
You set an intention for yourself.
Take a moment to recall this intention.
Now you visualize the emotions,
The scenarios,
And the moments you've had in connection with your intention.
Some days,
You were perfectly aligned with this intention and other days,
You forgot about it.
Since the time you set your intention,
You reminded yourself to have faith in yourself and your ability to accomplish what you set out to do.
By using your heart and mind together,
You know that your intention will be more than just a possibility.
It will become your reality.
You decide to step up and fill your intention with more energy and more love.
You close your eyes and allow the intention to fill up your mind.
What other possibilities exist when I connect to this intention?
How can I turn my possibilities into realities?
How do I expand my intentions with peace,
Love,
And joy?
When you open your eyes in this imaginary space,
You notice that the candle burns bigger and brighter.
You have infused your new and growing intention into the flame that will carry it forward with new energy and potential.
You feel grateful.
You feel refreshed.
You feel ready.
With a breath,
Visualize yourself accomplishing this newly formed intention.
You have created fulfillment and something very wonderful.
You have allowed yourself to thrive.
Doesn't it feel wonderful?
Picture yourself as having succeeded and hold on to that image in your mind and heart.
Yes indeed.
You have the capability of lighting up your intention.
You blow out the candle and leave the intention written on paper under the candle.
It is time to bring your intention to life.
You sense how intention creates peace in your life.
You sense how intention generates love in your heart.
You sense how intention fuels joy in your mind.
You commit to staying rooted in your intention in times of change and uncertainty.
Slowly come back into your body by gently moving feet and toes,
Hands and fingers.
Follow your neck in one direction and circle your neck in the other direction.
Come back into the body.
Believe and trust that the power of intention flows through you while you remain relaxed and at ease.
Believe and trust that you have the ability to bring your intention to life.
Open your eyes.
