Hello I'm Richard Willis and if you need to relax before your exam take a moment now to get into a good state with this short meditation.

First sit or lie down comfortably and just take some deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Use these breaths to bring you into the present moment away from worries of the future.

The moment is what's real right now.

Deep breaths feel the air flowing through you as you close your eyes letting your breath return to its own natural rhythm.

Place gentle attention on the whole body noticing the feeling of contact with whatever surface the body is resting on.

Feel the support underneath you holding you and with each in-breath imagine your whole body filling with relaxation.

With each breath filling with focus sharpening your mind for peak performance.

Breathe in relaxed focus and breathe out any worries.

That's it.

Breathe in deeper focus,

Deeper relaxation.

Take a few more breaths like this.

Now open your eyes bringing this relaxation and focus with you so that right now your mind is relaxed and ready.
