Hello and welcome.
I know you're hurting right now.
I'm so proud of you for being here and showing your self-love today.
Self-care isn't easy when our heart is in pain.
Go ahead and get as comfortable as possible.
If that means lying down or cozying up in a comfy chair,
It doesn't matter to me as long as you're comfortable.
There's no way to do anything wrong here today.
This is a safe space and everything that I say will just be gentle suggestions.
Close your eyes.
We'll take a moment to take some deep breaths in to help calm your nerves.
Now breathe in as deeply as possible then let it all out.
It's all right if you need to make a noise as you let the air out.
When we do this,
Just get those frustrations,
Pain,
Anger,
And sadness out of your nervous system with each strong and forceful exhale.
So breathe in again.
Now let it all out.
Imagine dark and wet smoke being pushed out and away from your body.
Now with this next breath in,
Try to imagine a beautiful and pure light gently starting to seep into your cells to replace the pain.
So with the breath in,
We're seeing the pure golden light come into your body and with the exhale,
We push out the smoke.
So inhale the golden pure light.
Let it seep into your cells and now exhale long and hard.
Get it all out.
Please continue to breathe like this at your own slow and intentional pace for the next couple of minutes.
Focus on visualizing light in and darkness out.
I'm still here with you but take your time right now just to breathe.
Beautiful.
Now try and hold on to that light energy in your cells as you return to your normal breath.
Grief and heartache are the balance in our lives.
It's the beautiful and difficult gift which reflects how amazing life can be.
Sometimes we wish we can be numb but it's important to really feel.
Feel all of the good and all of the bad that life has to offer.
In this moment,
You're more alive than ever.
The human experience will have these times of pain and heartache and it's never going to be easy but it shows us how strong we can really be.
Don't disassociate or put it off.
Just send yourself love,
Patience,
And compassion.
Go easy on yourself right now and give yourself grace.
I'll send you my love,
Patience,
And compassion right now to try and help you as well.
Even though I don't know you,
You're my fellow human being and I know that I love you.
You are loved,
Okay?
You are loved.
You are worthy of love.
You're a beautiful soul.
I'll say it again.
You are loved.
You are worthy of love.
You're a beautiful soul.
I'm envisioning your beautiful soul right now and I'm embracing you.
I'm giving you an energetic hug that defines time and space.
I hope you can feel my sincerity.
I love you.
You will be all right.
Time eases all pain.
You just need to know and believe that you will get there.
I'm telling you now that you will be okay.
It's all right not to be okay right now.
Be more kind to yourself than ever before.
Know that your inner child is being looked after by your higher self.
In the next 24 hours,
I want you to ugly cry,
Scream,
Or wail,
Rock back and forth in the fetal position if need be.
You need an emotional exorcism before you can begin to move on.
It's okay to really let it out.
Trying to put it off will only put off your mental recovery.
So let it out.
Visualize that black smoke purging from your body with every sob,
Every tear,
Every sigh.
Try to respect the pain as a reflection of how beautiful life can be.
Let's do our breathing exercise once again.
Breathe in with golden light filling your lungs and cells and out loud and hard with the smoke.
One more time in,
Drawing the light from the core of the earth and pushing out smoke,
Releasing anything that remains.
Now for the next few minutes,
Try and breathe deeply and send yourself unconditional love.
You deserve it.
You aren't hurting anyone by sending yourself love.
It's okay.
It's safe.
You'll be all right.
I love you.
