As gentle rain begins to fall and quiet choirs hum in the background, you’re invited to return to yourself, not to fix or change, but to honour the you that will gently drift off to sleep. This is a space of softness and deep rest. A place where old burdens can begin to melt… This is where forgiveness becomes a quiet act of self-care. Tonight, we offer Ho’oponopono inward. These four healing phrases, “I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.” These are spoken for you, to you, for your subconscious mind to absorb as though they are spoken from you. Not as judgment. But as an embrace. Let the words wash through you like rain. Let them echo where they need to. There’s nothing you have to do. Just lie back… Let go… And receive what’s already yours.
