Details
Step into a hidden sanctuary in nature and experience a retreat designed for deep transformation, connection, and renewal. Set in the secluded Spirit Horse village, surrounded by waterfalls, forests, and rolling hills, this retreat offers a rare opportunity to disconnect from daily distractions and reconnect with yourself. Here, we embrace simplicity, nature, and community. We gather in a sacred 38-foot roundhouse, share meals prepared by the land’s stewards, and immerse ourselves in breathwork, movement, and self-inquiry. Through guided practices and deep reflection, you’ll explore tools to cultivate inner strength, release limiting beliefs, and align with your true self. This is not a luxury retreat—it’s an opportunity to fully experience the elements, embrace resilience, and return home with clarity and confidence.

Chisenhale Dance Space

Chisenhale Dance Space (CDS) has been making space for artists to lead, experiment, and create for over 40 years, serving marginalised dance artists from Tower Hamlets, London, and across the UK. We support an Artist Community that spans all ages and roles within experimental performance, including performers, choreographers, teachers, curators, producers and advocates for sectoral change. We prioritise the needs of those who have been historically marginalised, including artists of Global Majority heritage and disabled/neurodivergent artists. Our programmes are artist-led, centred on the belief that artists best understand their needs and are key drivers of change in the sector. We offer a responsive framework of opportunities and peer support tailored to the challenges artists face.
