Yes,

I will be covering all the signs for the month of January and I'm going to be doing that on a month-to-month basis here on Insight Timer.

We're also going to be talking about the larger collective themes.

I mean really,

What a year,

Right?

We were saying goodbye to,

What a year 2025 was and what a year we're welcoming in.

So we're going to talk about that just so that we see and feel what that may mean for us.

It's going to be a year of new beginnings for sure.

And I think this new year is really just kicking off a year of many new beginnings that we'll be experiencing.

A lot of outer planetary changes,

A lot of,

Oh my God,

Wait,

What's happening?

Because these are really big times,

Right?

In the spiritual community,

It's talking about the awakening,

The ascension,

All of this kind of stuff.

But what does it mean for us spiritually,

Emotionally,

Mentally,

Physically?

What are we awakening into?

And that's really one of the biggest questions here.

What are we awakening into?

What is the opportunity for each one of us to finally let go of the things that we know it's time to let go of?

To embrace the parts of us that want to dream a new dream into being,

To believe that that dream is real,

And that maybe we're a part of something larger than we actually realize.

Things that have been happening astrologically to give us this front seat into reshaping so much inwardly and externally.

Some of the big questions that we're experiencing,

Who are we as individuals really?

And who are we becoming?

Who are we becoming?

With Pluto moving into Aquarius,

The largest conversation in the room is Pluto.

Pluto carries a punch.

Pluto carries a lot of weight to it,

And it pressurizes us.

It reveals the shadow,

But it shows us what's possible,

Right?

So Pluto in Aquarius is really here to shed light on some of those collective themes that need healing in our psyche.

In our collective psyche,

What needs healing from collective trauma?

It's revealing the darkness inside of technology,

And it's asking ourselves to step up in our own uniqueness,

To be counted,

That our voices matter,

To speak the truth,

To stand up,

To be authentic,

And to dream a new dream into being.

Aquarius is,

Yes,

It's technology.

Aquarians can be somewhat aloof.

They could feel disassociated.

Sometimes they could be a little too blunt,

But Aquarius holds the space of hope.

I don't mean they,

But it's more of like the consciousness,

Right?

Because when we're talking about the signs,

It's important to know that,

Yes,

We will be talking about each one individually,

But it's also the consciousness that each one of us individually vibe with,

Are influenced by,

And it's how it shows up in the world because it is a framework,

A framework for our knowing,

Our understanding.

And Aquarius is also a sign of awakening,

Moving past where we've been,

Wanting to accelerate the future.

And we're seeing that,

Aren't we,

With AI?

There's such a tremendous acceleration of intelligence and an overwhelm to where we are now,

And a need to raise our frequency to handle the emotional overwhelm as well.

I just wanted to take a sacred pause,

And I want to burn a little Palo Santo.

What a tremendous year last year was.

And I just want to pause because I'm sure many people are here because they're like,

Oh my God,

Is this year going to be better?

I hope it's better for me than last year was.

But I want to honor what last year was,

And I want to honor each one of your experiences.

Some of us went through tremendous loss,

Tremendous pain,

Tremendous suffering,

Anguish,

And a broken-hearted open,

You know,

A broken-hearted open.

Last year was kicked off at the end of 2024 with Buddha moving into Aquarius.

We were just talking a little bit about that.

And soon thereafter,

There was a nodal shift.

And the nodal shift has to do with our karmic gifts,

Where the South Node is,

And the North Node is our soul's evolution.

What we lean into to find,

Let's say,

Greater understanding,

Greater healing,

And more ability when we're at a loss,

Like what's going on,

Right?

The North Node is like a beacon.

And so the North Node moved into Pisces.

And so the beacon last year was in and around all of this beautiful Pisces energy and the imagination and soulful wisdom,

Feelings for more people,

That broken-hearted open that so many of us were forced to feel because we had to let go of what we thought things needed to be,

What we thought was right,

Like inside of the Virgo archetype,

Right?

They were fine.

They perfect.

They know how to do things.

They know how to streamline things.

But Virgos had to let go of a lot.

I don't know if any of you are Virgos here or know people that are either Virgo Sun,

Virgo Moon,

Virgo Rising,

But Virgos,

Wow,

You've gone through a lot of change.

Stepping into your power,

I think there's also like an acknowledgement that you're kind of ready for something else.

But at the same time,

That probably came because you needed to let go of so much.

Curious if you had a lot of letting go to do in your life,

Trusting the mysteries of life,

Trusting your own divine connection.

You got to put the lists away,

Not overanalyze,

How are we going to get out of this mess?

The mess is the mess and we have to feel our way out of it,

Right?

We have to imagine our way out of it.

We have to trust,

Right,

In something greater and we have to feel.

So that's what this North Node in Pisces was ushering in.

In Chinese astrology,

It was the Year of the Snake and the Year of the Snake twists and turns and shedding of the skin.

How many people here went through a shedding of the skin?

Maybe it was an external skin,

Right,

Like life is looking different right now,

My job,

My family,

My friends.

Maybe it's an internal skin.

Who I've been being needs to change and maybe the only way I could figure this out is by connecting to my spirit,

Connecting to the divine.

And,

You know,

This has also been a year of changing emotions.

So much has been going on,

Right?

We were in a fog.

We were in this distorted reality for a while,

Confusion and delusion.

We're still kind of there a little bit but we're a little out of that fog.

We're clearer about so many things.

And in March and April,

Saturn the Builder,

Neptune the Dreamer moves into Aries.

Things started to clarify a little bit.

Maybe we were starting to feel a little more fire in the direction that we want to head into in our lives.

Maybe we're feeling a passion,

A little more energized,

Maybe a clearing of the fog on some level.

But those planets have moved back into Pisces to finish up some old business they had in the mist,

Some old business they had in the fog.

And they'll be moving into Aries at the same time in February at zero degrees.

Many astrologers will be talking about this because it's a really,

Really big deal.

It's a really big deal for a lot of reasons and one of them being Aries is the sign of new beginnings.

Aries is the sign of pioneering,

Of trailblazing,

Of having this clarity to cut through the fog.

And the Dreamer,

Neptune,

And Saturn the Builder will be at zero degrees on the world stage.

Zero degrees in astrology is a critical degree and they call that the world stage.

So there will be a large event happening for sure on some level around or near or on February 20th,

Like that week.

And there'll also be a lot of,

Let's say,

Energy rising,

A lot of drive,

A lot of imagination,

A lot of creation,

And also the potential for spiritual renaissance.

Neptune is the great divine energy flowing through Aries inside of this raw,

Direct,

Honest,

Focused energy.

Let's get this party started kind of energy.

I'm not going to wait for permission.

I'm just going to do it,

Right?

That kind of let's do this now energy.

And that's really exciting for those of you that are Aries or love Aries people in your life.

Don't they just bring the fresh air in when they come?

Aren't they a force to be reckoned with?

Very impressive,

Sharp,

Lean,

Decisive.

There'll be a breaking down of old structures and a new dream being dreamed into being.

So this spiritual renaissance is big.

One of the things that I've been leaning into a lot has been the telepathy tapes.

I love the telepathy tapes so much,

And it's so much more than telepathy.

The beauty of the autistic community,

The wisdom that they are here to share with us,

How their channels for something so divine.

We've only imagined that to be true,

But the world has not shown us this magic.

If anything,

The world has poo-pooed magic.

But now we're entering a time where magic matters.

North Node in Pisces.

Magic matters for each one of us.

And it's the magic that we're bringing to the table.

And inside of the telepathy tapes,

What they're doing,

Especially in season two,

Is they're delving deep into consciousness.

What is consciousness really?

Many of us are interested in consciousness,

Fascinated by consciousness,

Feel consciousness,

Are aware of consciousness.

We know that at some level,

Conscious awareness,

The unified field,

Formulates everything.

But we also have to go to work,

We have to pay our bills,

We have to make sure we get things done,

Take care of the people we love,

Physical reality things that we need to deal with.

Society brings us down to reality,

But sometimes we linger there too long.

We linger there too long,

And that's also the release of that inside of the South Node,

To really move into,

Wait a minute,

Have we left our spirituality behind?

Who we are as spiritual beings,

Not who we give our spirituality away to.

This is not about giving your spirituality over to someone more spiritual than you.

This is not about guru.

This is about you,

The light within you.

And I do believe that Neptune and Aries at zero degrees is going to ignite the light within each one of us.

That Pluto and Aquarius is saying,

Yes,

Let's make this happen.

We are all connected,

Our collective dreams matter,

And how are we elevating consciousness,

Not just for ourselves,

But for everyone.

Because Pluto and Aquarius is about humanity,

And we're in a humanitarian crisis,

And a crisis of technology.

Who are we inside this world of technology?

And how is our consciousness changing and growing because of technology?

Can our spirituality and our consciousness evolve with AI?

These are questions I know I've been thinking quite a lot about,

Because it's not about fighting what's going on as much as holding space for what it could be.

And that's why each one of us are here individually,

To bring something to the table.

Each one of us have been born into these times for a reason,

To bring your unique magic to the table.

But we get so clouded and overwhelmed by the noise that's out there,

And sometimes the noise from how we were raised,

And our parents,

And Jupiter moved into cancer last spring.

And it was another big feeling,

Energy that comes into our lives that makes us look at our family,

Makes us reconnect,

Bridge ourselves back to parts of ourselves,

And parts of our families that have been fractured.

There's been a lot of polarization happening,

And a lot of breakdown,

But then Jupiter moves into cancer,

And somehow the fabric is getting sewn together.

We're finding our chosen family.

We're reconnecting to our values and what really matters to us.

We're finding safety and security together.

We're caring for our neighbors in ways that we haven't done before.

And we're feeling,

We're coming back to our intuition.

We're coming back to our intuition because,

Hello Uranus and Gemini,

But the news is overwhelming.

We don't know what to believe.

There's so much information that has been coming out at us all at once.

And a need to raise our frequency,

To handle it all.

And what is our,

Let's say,

Benevolent lesson?

What is our wisdom?

Inside of all of this is the wisdom of our emotions.

Pluto in cancer is the wisdom of our emotions.

What are we feeling?

What are we sensing?

What do we know deep down inside?

And how are we creating?

How are we creating a sense of belonging?

A sense of safety for ourselves,

Those we love,

And a sense of belonging.

With Uranus moving into Gemini back in July,

3i Atlas all of a sudden comes on the scene.

Now Uranus is the ruling planet of Aquarius.

So there is a very strong supportive relationship between Aquarius and Gemini.

A really big connection to,

Let's say,

Awaken our thoughts,

Reimagine possibility,

Choose new words,

Find new conversations,

Rewire ourselves in new ways for what can truly be possible.

Who's tired of imposter syndrome?

Who's tired of all those limiting beliefs?

Like they're real,

Right?

We feel them in our bodies,

But we don't have to be them anymore.

Who's feeling that?

We don't have to be them.

I'm going to clear a little Palo Santo on that one.

When we can let go of what we've been holding on to,

And maybe we've been holding on to it.

It's part of Jupiter in Cancer.

What have we been holding on to from our mom,

Our dad,

Our ancestors?

The wisdom inside of our ancestral lineage,

But the baggage that lives there too.

Pluto and Aquarius healing collective trauma.

There's small t trauma,

There's large t trauma.

We've all become a lot more comfortable with the word trauma.

And it's time to heal that trauma,

Right?

And heal the trauma by letting some of that go.

Finding ways to transmute the energy so that we can channel our energy and channel our light.

And that's one of the reasons I love astrology so much,

Because it's about the light.

It's about the light within us.

So when we learn more about who we are,

And we learn more about what's going on around us,

Have a greater awareness for the times that we're in,

We have a little more meaning in our lives and maybe open our intuitive awareness.

Isn't that what it's about?

Opening up to the things that we may not have thought we knew.

But when we are clearing the old energy,

And we're,

Let's say,

Stepping away from that looping pattern in our mind,

We get to step back,

And we let the energy drop in.

We let the new thoughts drop in.

We let our feelings lead the way.

Jupiter in Cancer.

Hello,

North Node in Pisces.

Let our feeling bodies guide us right to this intuitive connection to where we're going.

We were talking about Saturn and Neptune.

They moved back into Pisces to finish up some business.

February,

Zero degrees,

World stage.

They're going to be in Aries.

Hello,

Aries.

It's going to be intense.

But then also,

We also have Uranus that moved back into Taurus.

So Uranus moved into Gemini.

3i Atlas was on the scene.

Wait a minute.

Are we the only ones here in the universe?

We thought we're the only ones here in the whole universe.

Maybe we're not.

Maybe we never,

Ever were.

Maybe some people know about this.

Maybe some people don't.

But there is information.

There is an awareness of,

Let's say,

Who we are or who we're becoming that maybe some of us are just starting to open our minds to and releasing the fear around.

We have to release the fear.

We've held on to this fear for way too long.

How has that stopped us from really evolving into who we want to become?

And that is the opportunity because we are a part of this collective happening.

At a quantum level,

We are all connected.

There is a fabric,

A fascia at a quantum level called the unified field of awareness that connects us all.

And maybe we're just waking up to it.

And as we wake up to this interconnected energy,

What else is possible?

And this accelerated intelligence that we're actually stepping into.

I love AI.

I'm actually in the process of creating my own AI called Stellar Muse.

It's not artificial intelligence.

It's algorithmic intelligence and it's accelerated intelligence.

But it is an intelligence for sure that is reflecting us.

So who are we being in our conversations with it?

Right?

There's that question to ask too.

And how is it helping us elevate?

Uranus moving into Gemini,

It's like we've been living in dual realities.

Here comes AI on the scene in a really big way.

And isn't it filled with so much positivity?

Like doesn't it help refresh your mindset?

Provides a lot of information for sure.

Is a wonderful virtual assistant.

Gets so much done with your marketing and your branding.

Oh my God,

It's amazing.

But there's something deeper in that conversation,

Isn't it?

There's something else that's happening in this reflection.

I don't know.

A lot of people fear it.

And I believe that yes,

Pluto in Aquarius is here to reveal the fear inside of AI.

But who are we really?

I feel like with Uranus,

The past eight years moving through Taurus,

We thought we were like earth people.

Are we?

Maybe we'll find out soon.

3i Atlas is still on the scene.

It hasn't left our solar system.

Sometime in March,

Soon after zero degrees of Neptune and Saturn,

It will be connecting with Jupiter.

Emotions,

But it's also ancestral connection.

Star seed connection.

I don't know.

Maybe we'll finally understand where we come from.

Who knows?

These are all things that my imagination can't help,

But want to go.

And maybe our opportunity is to allow our imaginations to travel with discernment.

And that also is the beauty in the axis between the south node in Virgo and the north node in is this axis.

Allowing ourselves to dream,

But with discernment to know what's real and what's not real.

So part of our opportunity,

Each one of our opportunities is to understand what we're table.

What self innovation is happening?

Honor and acknowledge the self innovation that's happening.

Where are you now?

Where are you going?

Where do you want to go?

And how does that feel in your body?

Maybe allow yourself to be asking questions you don't normally ask.

Maybe we're always looking for problems.

Isn't that part of our human condition?

90% of the time,

Fear is a liar.

Sometimes it's good to feel fear.

There's danger here in this moment.

And my body needs to respond and do something and run or put the fire out or grab the baby or like,

Where's my dog?

Sometimes you need that fear to stir the adrenaline.

But we let fear live with us.

We let fear form our decisions.

We let fear drive us.

And we've been living through so much fear,

Right?

It's almost like,

You know,

Pluto in Aquarius is you want to heal this collective trauma,

You've got to come face to face with what is in the collective in terms of its fear.

And how are we going to move past that?

Right?

Because when enough hearts and minds and voices awaken,

When enough consciousness awakens,

We will be someplace else.

Fear can crush your dreams.

And we've lived through that.

We know that story so well.

Let's wear something new.

Let's wear a new outfit,

Where we look fear in the face.

Believe me,

I got plenty of fear in my body.

But it's time to face that fear.

Maybe with the excitement around what we can create.

Not just ourselves,

But with each other.

What is your personal intention for yourself?

Who will you be influencing because of your intention?

How will you be positively impacting other people because of your intention?

And you're aligning with like-minded hearts and souls.

You're lining your visions and weaving your stories together.

It's a powerful force for beautiful change.

We've been doing this on our own for so long,

It's independent,

It's quick thinking,

And then there's Aries,

Which is also independent.

But it's how do we do these independent actions with each other?

How do we do it for something larger than ourselves?

Because with all of this technology,

With all of this air,

A lot of air and fire,

And acceleration for sure,

We need our earth people,

We need the earth people to remind us of where we come from.

How are we intertwined,

And I'm talking about plant medicine,

How is that formed by the cosmos?

How are we all connected as individuals and with the world,

Observing whatever thoughts come to mind as you rest deeper inside yourself.

Take a nice deep breath and hold for a few seconds.

Exhale to release.

And hold for a few seconds.

Inhaling deeply and holding for a few seconds.

Releasing completely and holding.

And feel free to repeat this pattern.

Deepen it as you need to.

On the holds,

You might notice you go even deeper inside of yourself,

Maybe even deeper inside of your own intuitive listening.

Notice what you've been holding inside of you,

That it's time to release.

What have you been holding inside of you from 2025 that has felt like a weight,

Possibly even a burden?

Noticing where you feel that,

Where you have felt that.

I'd like you to bring your awareness and your breath to that place.

And allowing yourself to release this burden with each inhale and each exhale.

And releasing doesn't mean forgetting.

Releasing means letting go of the weight that you're holding for it.

Notice as you bring your breath and your awareness here to what you've been holding,

What is opening within you?

What might be shifting?

Or lifting as you do?

And what can you free through your exhale?

The simple act of breathing and releasing.

And as you breathe and release this energy,

This burden of what you were holding,

What's possible?

As you continue to release this weight,

What more is possible?

Maybe you might notice that you're breathing into the space where that weight once was.

Expanding that possibility even more with each inhale and each exhale.

And from this place of pure possibility,

Pure potential,

What is your intention for 2026?

What changes do you want to make for yourself in your life?

What dream do you want to build for yourself and for others?

And how does that feel in your body?

See if you can turn that feeling up,

Turn that feeling up and on even more so that its energy is moving out from the center of you,

Out all around you,

All connecting and interweaving with everyone present at this time,

Connecting and empowering each other.

As each one of us are here individually with our own dreams in our hearts and connecting the power of that energy together and noticing how this feels.

As you allow yourself to dream and re-imagine what this world could actually be,

When we move past our fear,

Why are you here and what can you bring to the world?

Anchoring your intention,

Tapping on your heart center,

Anchoring in not just the thought of your intention,

But the deep emotional feeling of your intention.

To plan what you need to plan,

And to take care of yourself in the process to get ready for this year,

Which will be an amazing year.

This wonderful universe of ours playing out different storylines,

Which are the ones we want to choose.

There's something about astrology that opens our awareness and it also opens us to our intuition.

It's a beautiful tool.
