Change Your Beliefs
You may be carrying some limiting beliefs that you didn't realize are simply stories. Knowing they arose from stories means you can change those beliefs to more affirming, positive ones. Consider the ideas in this video, and try them out!

Our lesson is going to focus a little bit on the stories that we create about what life is about and about who we are.
And by that I mean maybe we've created a story,
I need to work hard in order to be successful or life is hard or life sucks and you just got to deal with it or something like that.
Can you take some time today during this lesson and look into yourself to find what your own beliefs are,
What are your stories about what life is and what your role is and what it takes.
So take a little time to find those beliefs,
Those core beliefs that you've internalized or been taught somewhere along the way.
Look at each one and remember it's a story and you can rewrite it anytime you want.
So when you look at it this belief and you say this is just a story,
This isn't real,
Then you can come up with a new one that you like better.
So I'd like you to give this a try.
It'll take a few minutes for sure but put in the effort this morning and maybe as you go about your day at some point you might realize that there are other stories that you believe that you never really considered were stories but actually beliefs in some way.
And then you can revise that and say oh this belief comes from a story and I don't need to focus on that story,
I don't need to hold that story as true anymore.
And know that your story is unlimited.
That's the real story.
All right,
See you soon.
