Welcome to this meditation when your partner is grieving allow yourself to get comfortable you can close your eyes if that feels right for you take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth and again in through the nose,
Out through the mouth in your darkest seasons you will be the live-in carer you will question if this is a storm you can weather to love is to stay when every cell says run in your darkest seasons you will be the live-in patient you will question if this is a storm they will stay with to love is to stay when every cell says run we hold and we give space amongst the fluctuations of depression and frightening changes that have and will grace the relationship we ask what do you need right now and respect the other's wishes with all the strength we can bear even when we want to squeeze them so tight that all the pain falls away we keep watch from the other side of the room as one of us fights off the demons inside and the other out the grace and beauty you are learning to channel grief as a couple,
As a union,
Is inspiring this may be one of the darkest phases you have ever lived through many days questioning if you'll survive it but the bliss you create on the days you do survive,
The safety you radiate when you are in sync all the things will come together in the end blinkers on,
Facing forward,
Wading through and holding on hope together taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Out through the mouth and again in through the nose,
Out through the mouth and slowly bringing your awareness to any sounds outside of my voice you can wiggle your fingers or stretch your toes now and slowly bring your awareness back to the room whenever you're ready blinking your eyes open and coming back to the present moment
