Hello,
Good morning.
My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this morning mindfulness guided meditation to start your day with energy,
Optimism and awareness.
This new day is a gift and in the next 10 minutes we're going to give thanks for this new opportunity to work on your goals,
To reconnect with that internal energy that lives within us and give thanks for all the good things in our lives.
Let's begin.
Please get into a comfortable position somewhere.
No one will interrupt you for the next 10 minutes.
You may sit comfortably or lay down.
Put your hands and arms in a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Take another deep breath in and exhale and feel your breath.
And let's give thanks for being able to breathe because as long as you continue to breathe,
Everything is possible.
And while you keep breathing,
You can think of three things that you're grateful for.
It can be things as simple as the fact that you can still hear my voice or the fact that you can see colors in nature or the fact that you can still taste your favorite food.
And continue breathing,
Inhaling and exhaling,
Breathing peace,
Breathing love and feel how each breath fills your lungs with oxygen that then goes to every part of your body.
You inhale,
Imagine that you're opening your heart to new experiences.
And as you exhale,
Imagine that you're removing all the negativity and doubt from your body.
Once again,
We give thanks for all the good things that are in your life right now.
And thank you for taking these minutes to disconnect and reconnect to a higher you and a deeper vibration and a frequency of peace,
Love,
Goodness,
Kindness,
Happiness,
Joy,
Freedom and enlightenment.
Breathing comfortably and give yourself the opportunity to enter a deeper state of concentration,
Letting go of your past,
Everything that has happened has already happened.
So leave it in the past and get ready to live today to the fullest,
Allowing yourself the opportunity to bring new experiences,
Reconnect with the energy flowing inside of you as you feel your breath entering your body.
And may today bring new opportunities for you.
May today be a day full of blessings.
May today fill your soul with inner peace.
May today bring the necessary patience to achieve your goals.
And may today be full of joy,
Love and happiness.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Let that renewed energy enter your body,
Filling yourself with vitality and the life that is in you and in all living things.
And feel this moment,
Feel the peace and love increasing,
Knowing something beneficial is happening for you and those around you,
A great feeling of well-being.
And gently,
You're going to start repeating the following phrase.
This phrase is full of healing and positive energy,
So that you can manifest your goals for today effortlessly.
Today is a beautiful day of opportunities.
I am exactly where I need to be.
I open myself to the universe and every moment I am improving more and more in all aspects of my life.
And keep repeating this phrase.

Keep breathing in and out and you'll continue to repeat this phrase throughout your day.
Repeating this positive affirmation several times a day will help you to keep your attention on your purpose for the day,
Especially every time you notice that your attention is getting distracted and feel how your body already feels much better.
And you will continue to feel the rest of the day,
This beautiful feeling of positive energy,
Optimism,
Feeling confident in yourself,
Filling yourself with love so that you can share this love with all the people who come close to you throughout the day.
Projecting peace,
Love,
Happiness,
Kindness,
Joy.
Receiving any situation with love and kindness.
Feeling grateful for this new opportunity to work or manifest in your dreams.
And little by little,
You'll go back to your body.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Feel your body and feel your energy.
And remember that this energy will follow you throughout the day.
And when you need to recharge your energy,
All you have to do is return to your breath and reconnect with this internal energy that is already yours.
Little by little,
You're going to wake up feeling your feet and your hands,
Opening your eyes and observing the colors and shapes around you,
Stretching your body.
