Taking breaks during the day is essential for your health.
Some of the benefits of taking a nap during the day are eliminates stress,
Reduces burnout,
You're more present,
Improved mood,
Improved performance at work,
Improved reaction time,
And even improved memory and many more.
Taking a 20-minute break during the day is recommended in order to get the most benefits and rest.
So today,
I'm going to invite you to go to a place where no one will interrupt you for the next 20 minutes and to lie down on the floor,
A bed,
Or even in your car as long as you're not driving and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and let the air out.
That's it.
Take another deep breath in and let the air out.

And now you're just going to stay still with your attention on your breath,
Doing absolutely nothing for the next 20 minutes.
Resting.
And if there are any thoughts that come to your mind,
Just let them go and bring your attention back to your breath.
So so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so that's it continue breathing comfortably and little by little you'll start to bring your attention back to the present feeling your feet and your legs lighter feeling your hands and your arms lighter and little by little you'll open your eyes feeling much better with more energy and with more desire to live thank you for taking this break and i'll see you next time so so
