Hi,
My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this meditation to relax after work.
Many times we leave work and then come home feeling like we continue to carry the problems from our day.
We get home and we may continue to think about the things we did not finish throughout our day or things that we were worried about.
That is why today I'm going to invite you to practice releasing your anxiety or work stress by taking this minutes to yourself.
I'm going to ask you to sit or lie down in a comfortable place where no one will interrupt you for a few minutes and I'm going to ask you to close your eyes.
Keep in mind that at any time you're free to reopen your eyes as you wish.
This meditation is for you.
So allow yourself the opportunity to release yourself from those things that have affected you in your work.
So mentally I'm going to ask you to review your day at work.
And observe what sensations are there in your body.
Notice what emotions are in your body at the moment.
And I'm going to ask you to close your eyes.
And I'm going to ask you to accept these emotions and sensations on your body.
Notice the physical tension and the emotional tension on your body.
That's it.
Now I'm going to ask you to take a deep breath in.
That's it.
And release the air.
And as you release the air,
I want you to imagine that you're breathing in a deep breath.
And as you're breathing out,
You're releasing all that tension that accumulated throughout your day.
Imagine as the air leaves your body that you're releasing all those things that you don't need to carry with you anymore.
And as you're releasing all that tension that accumulated throughout your day.
And as you inhale,
Imagine that you are renewing your energy and your body.
And you can feel the full weight of your body.
Feel your arms and your legs as they get heavier.
And there's a feeling of confidence and safety.
Feeling the present.
And in this state,
I'm going to ask you to let go of everything that happened today.
We're going to leave the past in the past.
And focus all your attention in this present,
In this moment.
There's nothing more important than this moment.
The past is in the past.
And whatever happened today,
We cannot change.
However,
The present is now.
And in this present,
You can feel more energy and more self-love.
And yes,
It's true that we can't control all the things that happen to us at work.
However,
We can control how we react to it.
That is why breathing naturally and deeply is the best we can do right now to let go of the past.
As you breathe in,
Your body is filled with peace and tranquility.
It's a feeling of serenity that increases with every second.
Feeling your interest and energy return to your body and your mind.
As your mind becomes clearer,
Then your attention is freed from the things that you don't need to carry with you anymore.
By releasing your attention,
You feel more inner peace and a beautiful feeling of well-being increasing.
And yes,
It's true that we can't control all the things that happen to us at work.
And yes,
It's true that we can't control all the things that happen to us at work.
And yes,

And yes,

As you continue to breathe,
Your body already feels much better.
Your mind feels more relaxed as the seconds pass by and you connect as much as possible with the benefits of this meditation.
Feeling your legs and your arms lighter and lighter,
A beautiful feeling to be able to breathe freely.
And little by little,
You'll feel the present.
Feeling your body,
Moving your toes and your fingers,
Stretching your arms,
Feeling the freshness of the present,
The here and the now.
As your eyes are opening again.
Opening your eyes again as if you just woke up from a really nice,
Very long nap.
Welcome to the present.

I recommend practicing it every day after you leave work to release the stress and anxiety of work.
