We're going to give your body and mind a chance to rest from the tensions and stress of everyday life.
I'm going to ask you to go somewhere where no one will interrupt you for the next few minutes and where you can be as comfortable as possible.

Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in.
And breathe out.

And let it out.

Notice your breath at the same time as you and notice what kind of thoughts are in your mind.
You can also review your day and think about some of the things that happened today.
You can also notice how your body feels right now with each breath.
Notice if there's any tension or pain in your body.
Notice what sensations are in your body.
That's it.
And now,
We're going to enter the universe of relaxation.
And for this,
Let my voice guide you to this world of rest and relaxation.
This meditation is for you and for you to regain your mental and spiritual strength.
And during this meditation,
Remember that you have total control of what happens during this moment of deep relaxation.
And if at any moment you decide that you want to stop and return to the present,

Your breath becomes slower and more pleasant.
