My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this meditation to manifest your dreams and attract miracles in all areas of your life while you sleep.
Let's begin by taking a moment to allow your body to settle.
Find a comfortable position that allows your spine to be long but with a natural curve in the low back.

Let your belly and your shoulders relax.
Today,
I'll guide you through a practice to envision a positive future making your dreams a reality and creating miracles in all areas of your life.
This meditation will give you a chance to connect with that place inside of you that wants to work towards a life of meaning and fulfillment.
This is a useful practice to consider how we care for ourselves through self-love and others through loving kindness and how to show up at our best to meet life's challenges and create the reality that we wish to create.
Before we get started,
Take a full breath in and a long breath out.
Now,
Allow your breath to find its natural rhythm.
In and out.
Feeling how your inhalations become shorter than your exhalations.
Relaxing your body and allowing yourself to be fully present.
Resting on your breath.
So so so Continue breathing.
And I will provide you with questions that will stimulate ideas and responses in your self consciousness that can help you to create a positive future.
Creating the miracles in your mind before they manifest as a reality.
Am I used sleep?
Throughout this practice,
Allow your body and mind to feel loose and open.
Open.
You may repeat the questions I offer silently and to yourself and your mind.
I also suggest to resist the urge to problem solve and see if anything comes up on its own,
Organically.
If nothing comes to mind,
You can always continue to rest your attention on your breath until something comes up.

Who do I want to be in relation to others What might get in the way?
And how will I move beyond it?
What are the skills and capabilities that I will need to get there?
How might this meditation practice support this future?
What are the skills and capabilities that I will need to get there?
What are the skills and capabilities that I will need to get there?
See yourself right now somewhere in this positive future and reflect on the things that you did that enable you to get there See yourself doing some of those things See yourself doing some of those things Maybe it's spending time with family Maybe it's engaging in a daily meditation practice that supports clarity and focus Maybe it's putting your energy into learning new skills Or maybe it's how you allow yourself to connect with others Perhaps it's shifting your mind into a different direction Or perhaps it's by allowing your subconsciousness to make the necessary changes to create this new reality See those things in your mind See those things in your mind's eye And notice what it feels like as you imagine doing them See those things in your mind's eye See those things in your mind's eye See those things in your mind's eye Now,

Who do I want to be in relation to others as I manifest these miracles into my life?
What might get in the way of these miracles?
And how will I move beyond it?
What are the skills or capabilities that I will need to get there and make sure these miracles become a reality?
How might this meditation practice support the manifestation of these miracles?
How can I show up fully in my life?
How can I show up fully in my life?
See yourself right now,
Somewhere in this positive future,
And reflect on the things that you did that enabled you to get there.
See yourself right now.
Maybe it's spending time with family.
Maybe it's engaging in a daily meditation practice that supports clarity and focus.
Maybe it's putting your energy into learning new skills.
Or maybe it's how you allow yourself to connect with others.
Perhaps it's shifting your mind into a different direction.
Or perhaps it's allowing yourself consciousness to make the necessary changes to create new reality.
