Welcome to the healing earth with love meditation.
Sit or lie down,
Find a comfortable position.
And we will begin by taking a few deep cleansing and clearing breaths.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And one more time,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Now let your breath return to a normal rhythm.
A slow,
Steady,
Peaceful breath.
Let your body soften.
And feel your body,
Feel your connection and roots to earth.
Feel rainbows of light energy rooting down with love,
Pouring out from your roots and connecting with ease to the heart of the earth.
Your body and spirit knows how to do this so don't think too much about it.
And now,
Feel this rainbow light energy flowing up to the crown of your head.
This rainbow light is connecting you to a higher energy,
To something divine and magical that's also a part of you.
Imagine yourself moving your energy to the top of your head and then slightly above,
Looking down on your body.
As you begin your ascent higher,
Out of the building you might be in.
Up through the clouds,
Still looking down on yourself.
Higher and higher through the skies and the clouds.
Higher and higher with ease until you can begin to see earth from above.
We move further and further away from our beautiful blue planet.
Looking back fondly on whatever it is you see,
The greens and the blues,
All the different lights and colours of life getting further and further away.
It's as though you are being pulled by some divine force.
Still connected to your earth body,
Yet more fully flowing out into your light body.
Being all of these things at once.
You will return later,
But we have some work to do from above.
You have this ability.
And when you return to your earth body,
The love,
The light essence you have gathered on this journey will continue to do its healing and activating back on earth.
You can see earth far below now and you feel a sense of love and connection to your planet.
To your home for right now.
You are surrounded by stars and planets in the dark skies.
And energies swirling around you.
Feel their energy,
As though they are all communicating with you,
Smiling to you with vibrations and energy.
Welcoming you back to this sacred place,
Back to your origins,
Your beginning.
As you continue to look back on earth,
You feel a sense of peace and love flowing out from your heart.
You notice with your spirit eyes that this energy flowing out of you is a beautiful pale pink and glowing white energy.
Flowing out from your heart center.
You can see this energy.
You can see love.
You can feel it.
With your powerful intention,
You now begin to direct this energy back towards earth.
And let it flow.
Feels like a sigh,
Like a relief and release to allow this heart connection to fully flow.
To heal.
To harmonize.
You sense that there are other beings up here with you,
Doing the same as you.
And you silently,
With love,
Begin to work together.
Combining your energies together to amplify this energy of love.
Let this energy flow back towards earth now.
Imagining and feeling as you do.
An end to pain.
A time of healing.
A golden age of peace.
Of rejuvenation.
Of heaven on earth harmonizing.
And an elevation of abundance and compassion on our planet.
Let us bring out more and more and activate together the true magic of earth.
The true golden nature of all human beings,
Lying dormant,
Now beginning to be awakened.
Let us bring out more and more and activate together the true magic of earth.
While you may have felt physically powerless,
You now remember.
You are spiritually and energetically incredibly powerful.
And you can allow this to flow into your physical body,
Into your physical realms,
More and more.
You now notice how this light of love has gathered around our planet,
Like a beautiful blanket of love.
Flowing and swirling around the earth,
Wrapping it in this divine frequency.
Let this energy flow for a while now.
Let us bring out more and more and activate together the true magic of earth.
And an elevation of abundance and compassion on our planet.
Feeling good as you do.
Let it cover the earth,
Touching every being.
Breathing out disrupted and damaged energy.
Activating elements of love within hearts everywhere.
This is healing.
This is creating new currents of love energy on earth.
It cannot help but influence and affect everyone and everything in some way.
Stay with this energy for a few moments now,
Just feeling the joy and the love.
Now,
Allow this energy to begin to gently slow down.
Silently thank any beings of love or healing energies around you,
As we now begin our descent back to earth.
You begin to float down,
Moving closer and closer.
Returning to earth,
And you feel like you can almost hear earth singing.
Humming,
Vibrating with this new energy that you have helped to create.
You yourself feel welcomed back and a sense of satisfaction flows through you,
Moves through you.
With open loving arms,
Earth's energy welcomes you back.
Back through the clouds now,
Back through the atmosphere,
The skies.
Following the invisible,
Energetic connection back to your physical body.
You are now approaching your body from above,
Flowing back in through your crown.
You feel your heart buzzing with love,
Settling back into your beautiful human form,
Rejuvenated.
This energy flows down through your roots now and strengthens your link with the heart of earth.
You are rooted.
You are divine.
And you are full of love and magical energy gathered from the stars.
You have performed a beautiful act of service here.
Begin to breathe deeply now,
Again.
You feel refreshed,
Full of love and magic and hope.
Gently begin to move your fingers and toes,
Bringing your attention back to your body,
Back to the room or environment around you,
Reconnecting with earth's energies.
And you can feel a shift,
A change in these energies.
Giving thanks to the skies,
Thanks to the stars.
Giving thanks for the ability to take part in this healing journey,
