Goddess Groove Sound Bath And Meditation

Inspired by an experience I had in meditation of pink light through the third eye, and golden grounding earth energy, this is a feminine flow of grace for you to melt into. Illuminating from within and flowing with your own unique energy. Relax back into yourself, your true knowing, your effortless vibrant presence and enjoy the rivers of the goddess running through you.

Improvised singing, guitar and gentle crystal singing bowls to finish the flowing experience. There is a 15 minute guided intro meditation followed by an 8 minute sound bath with my voice, guitar and singing bowls. You can also listen to the stand alone sound bath I have available.

You can sit or lie down or move around for this meditation, Following the flow of what feels best for you, Dropping into that inner space, That invisible sense of beingness that's always present, Always you. You let the world flow, And you drop like a droplet into your own river flowing within, And within the inner realms of you, This vastness of you, This softening you sense, Flowers blooming within, Sun rising within, Moon rising within, Beat of the earth within, Sunset, Night time, Grounding into the earth, Like the end of the day, Like the sunset kissing the soil, Resting, Flowing, Gentle breath in and out of the nose, And you allow an awakening within, An imagination stirring through you, You sense golden light sinking into the earth, Sensing your body as energy, Golden light beaming, Glowing through your body and being, Grounding into this sense of a golden earth, A golden energy, Warming, Safe, Abundant, Restful, And you let yourself expand, And you let yourself soften, You let yourself be, All drops and melts into this golden earth presence, All distortions flowing down through you, Down into the earth, And here you are, You feel a sense of clarity, And now you sense the presence of soft pink light in the centre of your head, Pink light at the third eye, And you just notice it there, Glowing, Soft, Soft gentle pink tones within the centre of your skull, And it begins to take over in a delicate, Graceful, Loving way, Gently, You watch the shades of pink, Pastels or magenta there, Rich or subtle, Warm, Comforting, Swirling, Sensations, Swirling and moving through you, Awareness, Notice what is revealed through you, What flows, What you sense, This peaceful pink presence, Blooming, This golden warmth beneath you, And you let it all flow and dance, Golden embrace, Embraced by the vastness you are, Let this pink light swirl and pulse and lead you, As you listen to the singing of the bowls and my voice, Let everything flow, And enjoy you meeting the depths and the magic of you, This feminine flowing presence rises now,
