Just get comfortable lying down,
Feeling supported.
Try not to think too hard about this visualization.
Just trust your gut.
As we go through this exercise,
Closing your eyes,
I want you to notice if you feel the presence of anyone else in the room.
Maybe a divine being,
Could be a loved one who has passed,
Angels,
Spiritual guides,
Or even a beloved pet.
Just noticing if you feel any energy.
Noticing what comes to mind first,
And not doubting what you notice.
You may see faces or shadows,
Or you may just feel a sense of loving comfort.
Whatever it is,
Is perfectly okay.
Allowing any sensations to be present,
Noticing how your body responds.
If you feel a warmth in your heart,
Or softening in your shoulders,
Just observe.
If your loved one could speak with you today,
What would they tell you?
Allowing the first thing that comes to mind to be present.
Feeling this message in your soul,
Allowing any messages to shine through,
Allowing any visualizations to be present.
Asking your loved one to send you a specific sign,
Maybe something that you shared together,
Maybe something you don't see for weeks at a time.
Just ask them to show up for you in this way.
Telling your loved ones that you will carry their work on,
That you will do what they cannot.
Asking them to let their love and their light shine to you,
From you,
And through you,
Today and always.
Thanking your loved one for the visit today,
Thanking them for the love they gave you while they were on earth,
Knowing that that love continues,
Their love for you will always be here.
Knowing they are proud of you,
Knowing you will continue to spread their light and their love and their honor,
Allowing any emotions that come up to just be present.
Knowing they are perfectly normal,
Allowing the visualizations to be present.
Allowing the visualization of your loved one to fade away,
Knowing you are safe,
Knowing you are loved,
Knowing they are with you today and always.
Finding comfort in these truths,
Allowing this divine light to shine from you,
Taking one last cleansing breath,
Breathing in a sense of comfort,
Breathing out,
Coming back into the room with a renewed sense of hope.
Namaste.
