This gentle, heart-opening Yoga Nidra invites us to rest deeply and connect with the loving wisdom inside. In just 12 minutes, we’ll be guided to soften, breathe with ease, and settle into a place of trust and self-compassion. As we rest, we will nurture heart-brain coherence—a state where calm and clarity meet—helping us release tension and welcome peace. This practice creates space for a spontaneous intention rooted in self-love and healing. We’ll close with three affirmations to help seal in this loving rest: I am worthy of deep, restorative rest. I release tension and welcome peace into my body and mind. I trust that rest and nourishment support my highest good. Perfect for a quick reset whenever we need to reconnect with our hearts, calm our minds, or gently invite more love and kindness inward. Twelve minutes of rest where self-love does the work for us.

Hi,

It's Amy.

Welcome to a heartfelt rest.

Begin by finding a comfortable position.

Feel free to sit or lie down.

Whatever feels most nurturing for you right now.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and let it out with a soft sigh.

Let your body start to relax with each exhale.

Feel the weight of your body grounding into the surface beneath you.

As you begin to settle in,

Notice your heartbeat.

No need to change it.

Just notice the gentle rhythm of your heart.

I invite you to place your hands over your heart center.

The Anahata chakra.

Either physically with your hands or in your mind.

Feel or imagine the warmth of your palms,

The connection between your body and heart.

As you settle here,

Let your intention arise in a soft spontaneous way.

Right now,

In this moment,

I invite you to simply ask yourself,

What does my heart need now?

Without effort,

Simply allow the answer to come to you,

However it may appear or not.

Trust whatever arises.

There's no wrong answer,

No good or bad.

And if nothing comes,

Just relax and know that your higher self knows what's best and will do it for you.

Feel the gentle flow of your breath as it supports your intention.

With each inhale through the nose,

Imagine you're breathing in calm and ease.

And with each exhale,

You're releasing any tension that might be present in your heart,

Your mind,

Your body.

Now,

As your breath finds a rhythm,

Imagine your heart and your brain coming into alignment.

Like two old friends coming together in harmony.

Feel the coherence between the two.

Creating a sense of calm,

Balance.

As this connection deepens,

Notice how your body responds.

More open perhaps,

Or something else.

You're allowing the energy of your heart to guide you,

Supporting you in this moment.

Allow yourself to rest here,

Simply being.

And as you rest here in your heart space,

Take a few more moments trusting that your body,

Mind,

And spirit know how to heal when you let them.

Now,

As you bring this practice to a comfortable close,

Let's seal in this feeling with three affirmations.

Allow my words to wash over you.

I am worthy of deep,

Restorative rest.

I release tension and welcome peace into my body and mind.

I trust that rest and nourishment support my highest good.

Maybe take a final deep breath in.

Perhaps hold for a moment at the top.

And gently release if and when you are ready.

Slowly begin to return to the room.

Bringing with you the calm energy and alignment of your heart and brain.

Perhaps wiggling fingers or toes.

Maybe stretching the body as if waking from a restful sleep.

Or blinking the eyes open bit by bit.

Welcome yourself back to the present moment.

And know if you wish,

You can always return to this space of rest.

Simply by pausing,

Breathing,

And connecting with your heart.

You're always invited to join in deeper rest,

Nourishment,

And heart-centered connection whenever you choose.

And if that felt good for you,

Imagine having a space where rest is ritual.

A place where deep restoration meets science-backed magic,

Designed just for busy women like you.

That's exactly what Nidra Babes is.

It's a growing sanctuary.

An online and in-person community where you can experience this kind of rejuvenation every single day.

In this moment,

If you're feeling the pull for more rest,

More space,

And less tension,

I'd love for you to join.

Feel free to take a moment and click below.

Let's take a deep breath in.

And allow yourself to settle into that feeling of rest.

You deserve it.

And I'm here to support you.

I'm Amy,

And I look forward to seeing you in the Nidra Babes community.

Where together we rest.

Together we rejuvenate.

And together we rise.

Thanks.
