It's Amy.

As you create comfort on your bed or resting surface,

Let your body settle fully into the support beneath you.

Close your eyes softly or keep them halfway open,

Whatever feels safest.

Notice the support beneath you and allow yourself to feel held,

Supported,

And safe.

If you wish,

Tenderly extend your arms and legs just enough to sense your space,

As if your limbs are roots reaching deep into the earth.

With each natural inhale,

Draw in support,

Nourishment,

And grounding energy from the earth.

With each exhale,

Allow your body to receive everything it needs.

Body,

Mind,

Heart,

And soul,

Softly,

Effortlessly.

Return to a comfortable resting position when it's right for you,

Letting your body sink deeper into the support beneath you,

Fully held and supported.

Gently bring your peace sanctuary to mind,

The calm,

Cheeks,

Bring gentle awareness now to your shoulders and arms,

Notice your hands and fingers releasing effort,

Move your awareness through your chest and back,
