You're listening to the Meditation Revolution.

Welcome I'm T.

Sailor your guide.

In this meditation I'll be guiding you to empty your body of tension and your mind of agitation.

Emptying into a blissful stillness.

So make yourself comfortable lying down or seated or on a cushion.

Allow your energy to settle into your meditation posture.

Feel your energy settling in the body.

Now allow your attention to rest on this moment.

Resting and breathing.

Let's start by taking three deep breaths.

Inhale fully.

Hold.

And exhale letting it go with a sigh.

Again a deep full inhale.

Hold.

And exhaling with a sigh.

Relaxing body and mind.

And one more full inhale.

And hold.

And exhale releasing completely.

And now we will begin emptying into stillness.

Stilling the body,

The mind and the heart.

With your eyes closed begin to bring awareness to the space or room where you are right now.

Become aware that the space is empty of many disturbances.

It's empty of outdoor sounds.

Empty of people coming and going.

Empty of conversation.

Empty of household activity.

Empty of physical threats.

Empty of physical disturbances like wind,

Insects.

Empty of excessive heat.

Empty of extreme cold.

The space is empty of these disturbances.

You are secluded and at ease.

Resting in this stillness.

In this emptiness.

In this seclusion.

This emptiness awareness naturally settles.

Moves inward.

Withdrawn.

Settling inward.

And the mind becomes disengaged from the external mental activity.

Feel and enjoy this emptiness and stillness.

Finding a sense of ease and contentment in this moment,

In the body.

And allow this pleasant feeling to grow.

Breathing in contentment.

Breathing out ease.

Now visualize your body as a container or vessel made of this breath of contentment and ease.

A container of contentment and ease,

Supported by the breath.

Breathing in contentment.

Breathing out ease.

A container,

Simply suspended in space,

Floating.

A container that breathes in and breathes out.

The breath sustains the container,

The vessel.

Breathing in comfort.

Breathing out ease.

A body container established in the breath.

And now visualize that this container is open at the top.

Moving your visualization to the bottom of the container,

Notice there is a latch that opens the bottom of the container.

Simply open the bottom of the container using the latch.

The bottom of the container is now open,

Allowing all physical tension in your body container to fall out,

All the tension easily draining out into boundless space.

Releasing all tension in your body container,

Your chest,

Shoulders,

Back.

Neck.

Jaw.

Head.

Whole body releasing.

Letting go of these tensions without comment.

And allow all physical disturbances to drop out.

Up and drain out through the opening at the bottom of the container.

No effort needed.

Body falls out naturally with ease.

Keep releasing and allowing any physical disturbances to naturally drain downward out the bottom of the container.

See with your mind's eye all physical tensions and disturbances dropping away.

Simply falling away.

Dissolving out of sight.

Feel deeply and really enjoy the pleasant sensation in this release.

Pleasant sensation in this emptiness.

And feel the stillness that remains.

And enjoy it.

Bring a small smile of contentment to the body.

To the heart.

Continue to enjoy the container of breath.

Breathing in contentment and breathing out ease.

Stay here.

If a physical disturbance or tension arises,

Simply notice it.

Release it.

There's no place in this container for disturbances to stick or cling.

Let the agitation drop out of the bottom and dissolve into endless space.

Enjoying the emptiness of disturbance.

Enjoy the stillness that remains.

And allow the contentment to bring a smile to the mind,

The heart,

The body.

Enjoy the empty,

Still container of breath.

Breathing in contentment and breathing out ease.

And now changing your focus.

Being sensitive to disturbances of the mind.

Any mental agitations,

Thoughts,

Wandering mind.

Feel resting in the container of contentment.

Notice any mental agitation.

Thoughts that move your attention away from the breathing.

The container of contentment.

Just notice without comment any mental agitation.

And allow the mental disturbance,

The thoughts to drop out the bottom of the container.

Released.

The agitation easily drains out through the opening at the bottom.

Falls away.

Stop releasing and allowing the mental disturbances to naturally fall downward.

No place to stick or cling.

In your mind's eye,

See these disturbances falling away.

Dissolving out of sight into endless space.

Feel deeply and enjoy.

See the pleasant sensation in the release,

In the emptiness.

The stillness that remains.

The stillness that is always there.

Allow this release to bring a smile to your body,

Your mind and your heart.

Feel like the Buddha.

And stay here.

Enjoying and smiling with the body.

Content and empty.

Breathing in contentment.

Breathing out ease.

And if any mental tension or disturbance arises,

Just notice it.

Release it.

There's no place in this container for it to stick or cling.

Let it drop out of the container.

Fall away.

And dissolve into endless space.

And returning to the bliss of emptiness.

The stillness that is always there for you.

Allow a natural smile to arise from this stillness.

A blissful feeling.

The body in bliss.

The mind in bliss.

The heart in bliss.

The bliss of unconditional emptiness.

Stillness.

Now allow the naturally rising equanimity found here to permeate your beingness.

The beingness container itself becomes the bright white light of awareness.

Bright white light of awareness.

Permeates your beingness.

Abiding here,

The bright white light of awareness allows peace,

Wisdom,

And insight.

And allows liberation to naturally arise.

Bitter white light of winner.

This guided meditation is a gentle, powerful invitation to release tension and return to a state of deep inner calm. Still the Body, Mind, and Heart does exactly what it promises—guiding you to dissolve distractions and stress, and settle into a nourishing stillness. The pacing of the guidance is soothing, allowing enough space to truly let go and feel supported throughout the process. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, looking to wind down before sleep, or simply needing to center yourself in the middle of a chaotic day, this meditation offers a sense of refuge and reset. What stands out most is the feeling of “emptiness” not as a void, but as a doorway to peace and ease. By the end, you’re not just calm—you’re spacious. Highly recommend for anyone seeking still awareness and a moment of true inner quiet.
