Taken from a live “Calm with Christoph” event, this Tonglen meditation is a special breathing practice. Tonglen is a Tibetan concept made up of two words: tong (letting go, giving) and len (accepting, receiving). I recorded this meditation practice in response to the many requests from people for help with managing stress related to the current state of the world. Tonglen is about taking ownership and then transforming discomfort, in a very empowering way.
