He organises the annual Manchester Mindfulness Festival, runs the fortnightly online LGBTQIA+ affinity group for The Mindfulness Network charity, and delivers neuro-inclusive Mindfulness training for individuals & organisations worldwide.

Just what I needed after a day filled with lots of physical and emotional pain. My nervous system finally calmed down from what I believe was a c-PTSD episode and I used this meditation to accept the residual pain and bodily sensations which still lingered many hours after the crisis had passed. As an ND person with noise sensitivity, I’m very grateful for the lack of music and expectations from the teacher as to how I’m supposed to feel afterwards. Thank you. ☺️
