He is a Mindfulness Supervisor and BAMBA-registered teacher specialising in MBSR and Mindfulness for Life (MBCT-L), committed to Equality, Diversity, and Neuro-Inclusion. He organises the annual Manchester Mindfulness Festival, runs the fortnightly online LGBTQIA+ affinity group for The Mindfulness Network charity, and delivers neuro-inclusive Mindfulness training for individuals & organisations worldwide.
