Hello and welcome to this recording.

I'm Christoph and I'm really pleased that you are here and that you are taking some time out for yourself.

Let's find a comfortable position and let's settle the body and let's take a well deserved break.

Let's give ourselves full permission to relax and to simply be in this moment.

Taking some time out.

Prioritizing our self-care guilt-free.

Find the knowledge that rest is so important for our wellbeing.

And allow yourself to relax a little bit more.

And bring your awareness to your neck and shoulders.

And notice any tension in this region of your body.

And allow your neck and shoulders to relax just that little bit more.

And as you relax,

Your breathing also slows down.

And just allow your breathing to follow its natural rhythm.

Keeping you safe at all times.

And I invite you to bring your favorite color to mind.

The most vibrant shade of that color.

And imagine yourself being surrounded by that color,

Wrapped in total safety and comfort.

As you breathe in this color,

As it fills your whole system,

Your whole being,

Your energy field,

With this beautiful,

Warm,

Healing color.

Allow it to fill every cell of your body.

All you sense is the beauty of your favorite color.

And allow your body and your mind to relax more and more with every breath.

This moment is for you.

Some quality time for you.

Know where you have to go,

No problems that need to be fixed right now.

Give yourself full permission to enjoy some beautiful time to yourself.

This is about refilling your own cup,

Topping up your energy levels by letting your mind and your body fully unwind.

And notice the stillness that surrounds you.

The stillness you are co-creating.

Simply by being here,

You invite the stillness.

And it's okay to relax.

It's okay to pause.

And we are going to express some of your feelings.

Some loving kindness to ourself.

And I invite you to simply listen to my words and repeat them internally or out loud.

Of course you have that choice.

But let these words resonate and inspire you.

May I be happy.

May I be healthy.

May I ride the waves of my life.

May I live in peace.

No matter what I'm given.

May I be happy.
