The following meditation is a body relaxation designed to deepen our understanding of the impact our thoughts have on our bodies on a cellular level.
Long ago,
Biologists proved that protons,
Neutrons,
And electrons can be manipulated by human thought.
Therefore,
Your thought process can change the behavior of these very elements.
And these very elements are the building blocks of atoms.
And atoms are the building blocks of water.
And water makes up 70 to 80 percent of our bodies.
So basically if human thought can change the behavior of all these building blocks,
Then it can change the makeup of our bodies as well as the people around us.
Water has no real concrete barriers within our bodies.
It is in all of our cells,
Organs,
And assists with most of our functions.
It helps move vital substances.
And if I am retelling this correctly,
That is where our thoughts go.
They line our cells,
Lay in our organs,
And partner with our bodily functions.
Water even passes through our hearts.
And water has no concrete barrier in nature.
Water is found in almost every aspect of life on Earth and above.
It goes from liquid to gas.
It can freeze.
It goes beneath the ground to a distance so far that scientists have yet to discover it.
It is the river under the river that's under the river.
It can be a cloud or assist with a sunny day.
Water is also found in comets,
Star formation,
The rings surrounding Mars.
That's the beauty of our sacred connection to water.
We are made up of what is above and below.
We are the in-between of heaven and earth.
So now that we know the valleys and rivers that water can reach within us,
Let's tap into our very own oceans and waves.
And let's send a message of love.
Slowly sink into your chair or the ground beneath you.
Sink into wherever you are and feel the bottoms of your feet,
The bottoms of your legs,
The bottom of your back.
Sink into the heaviness of your hands.
Let your arms go and be loose.
Drop your shoulders.
Relax the muscles in your face.
Now for a moment imagine your favorite place or your favorite memory or your favorite joke,
The one that carries you sometimes and leaves you smiling for no reason.
Now slowly close your eyes.
Rest your eyes.
Go to your safe favorite place where you can be whoever you are.
Wear whatever you like.
Love whoever you love.
Imagine that beloved environment.
Sink into it.
Feel the texture in the air.
Feel the texture below your feet.
Hear the familiar sounds.
Embody pure unconditional love,
Whatever that looks like for you.
And stay there for a moment and breathe.
Now slowly I would like for you to come back into the room.
Hear the familiar sounds of the air or radiator.
Notice the silence or hear the birds in the distance.
Feel the texture below your feet,
Below your legs,
Below your back and your head.
Wiggle your toes.
Wiggle your fingers.
Sink back into the day.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Open your eyes and know that your thoughts connected with the water in you.
The water that may have been a wave at your favorite beach or part of a shining star constellation that was recycled in you.
Thank you for your listening.
