Hi everyone.

My name is Tiffany and thank you for meditating with me today.

I imagine you're at home,

In your classroom or at daycare.

Either way,

Thanks for being here.

Please find a cozy and comfortable place to sit or lay down.

Now I want you to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

In and out.

Now I want you to rotate and stretch your neck from one side to the other.

The direction does not matter.

Just slowly move your neck from side to side and feel the stretch.

Now I want you to close your eyes.

Close your eyes and drop your shoulders.

Relax your arms and legs.

I want you to imagine you're at the beach,

Your favorite beach.

Sitting on a blanket and listening to the waves gently crash in and out.

You're watching a light gray sweet dolphin leap in between the waves all in unison with his or her friends.

And in the distance you can see sailboats floating by.

You can also feel the sun warming your face and hear the seagulls in the background.

Again,

I want you to go back and breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Imagine there's a sea breeze blowing through your hair in and out.

I want you to imagine you are there at the beach sitting with your favorite friend,

Your favorite person in the whole world.

Notice how happy you feel.

Notice how peaceful and calm you are.

Take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And smile.

Smile because I want you to remember this moment throughout your day while you're at school or at home.

Imagine this moment whenever you get angry or frustrated.

Imagine the beach,

The waves,

The playfulness of the dolphins and the seagulls.

Imagine being there with your favorite person and how much you smile.

Take an imaginary picture of this moment in your mind.

And again,

Breathe it all in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Now I want you to wiggle your toes and your fingers.

Rotate your neck from left to right.

Feel the stretch.

Drop your shoulders and open your eyes.

You may want to stretch out your arms and legs and take a few moments to think about how you feel.

And as always,
