Close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Feeling the air fill your lungs,

Appreciating the life force it gives you.

Let your body relax and let go of any tension you're holding in your muscles and bones.

Appreciating how the intricate network of nerves,

Vessels,

Veins and tendons entwine them to sustain you.

Take another deep breath,

Exhaling any stress or anxiety you might be holding onto.

Understanding this moment you have to take an inner journey of you.

Appreciate right now.

Take another deep breath,

Filling your heart with the energy of appreciation.

Feel it radiate from your heart,

Filling the spaces within you,

Washing away any resistance,

Pain or tension.

When we appreciate the smallest things,

They grow to be the biggest things.

When we appreciate what we have now,

We gain a peaceful satisfaction and relief that we are enough.

And it fills us with a happiness,

Regardless of the abundance in our lives.
