Feel the love within you, feel that warm pink light glowing from your heart chakra, wrapping you with a big full body hug - breathe into it. Feel the love that you are, every inch of you. Now imagine you are facing yourself, your highest self - see every contour of your face, your eyes shining, your smile radiating - you are glowing. You can’t help but smile as you see yourself because what you see is love - you are love.

Make yourself comfortable in a space where you can be undisturbed.

Ensure your spine is straight yet supported,

Whether sitting up or lying down.

Close your eyes.

Relax your neck,

Shoulders,

Head,

Face,

Arms and legs.

Rest your hands with palms facing upward.

Let your body sink into the position you're in.

Just let go.

Take a deep breath in.

.

.

.

And out.

And again,

Inhaling in.

.

.

.

.

.

And exhaling.

Focus your awareness on your breath as your lungs gently expand and contract.

Feel that life force as it sustains and supports you.

Follow the air all the way in and all the way out.

Each precious breath.

In this moment,

There's nothing but you.

Let go of any thoughts that pop into your head.

Kindly guide your mind back to your breath with love.

Now turn your focus to your heart space,

Breathing into it.

Feel the warmth spreading from your heart chakra and radiating through your veins and your entire body.

Feel the love within you.

Feel that warm pink light glowing from your heart chakra,

Wrapping you with a big full body hug.

Breathe into it.

Feel the love that you are,

Every inch of you.

Now imagine you're facing yourself,

Your higher self.

See every contour of your face,

Your eyes shining,

Your smile radiating.

You're glowing.

You can't help but smile as you see yourself because what you see is love.

You are love.

As you face yourself,

Say to yourself,

Either to yourself or out loud,

I love you.

I am love.

I love myself.

I honor myself.

Repeat this as you continue to breathe.

I love you.

I am love.

I love myself.

I honor myself.

Before you leave this reflection of yourself,

Give thanks for this gift of love and kindness.

And take a moment right now for the love that is you.

Now as you leave,

Hold that love,

Kindness and gratitude in your heart.

And keep it as a reminder of the miracle you are.

And at any time you need a little more self-love and kindness,

Simply repeat your mantra.

I love you.

I am love.

I love myself.

I honor myself.

Now take a deep breath in and out and just hold that feeling just for a moment.
