Get comfortable either lying down or sitting up where you can focus undisturbed.
Settle in and start to relax.
It's okay in this moment to let go and take this time for yourself.
Begin now by closing your eyes and taking three deep breaths.
Counting in to four as you inhale and counting out to four as you exhale.
And again.
And once more.
Now allow your breathing to return to a regular pattern.
In this meditation we're going to focus on letting go of limiting beliefs that hold you back and releasing what no longer serves you.
So join me now as I help you see how you can identify those beliefs,
Connect with them and leave them behind.
Imagine that your mind is like a car and your beliefs are the fuel and the driver.
When you hold on to limiting beliefs,
You limit the road and how far you can travel and you remain stuck where you are.
Imagine now that there was no limit to that road you travel and you can go as far and as wide as your heart desires.
How does that feel?
Makes sense right?
Before we look at where we can go,
Firstly let's forgive ourselves for holding on to what no longer serves us.
It's had its purpose and its time.
We give thanks for its lesson and forgive ourselves for what it may have led us to.
The truth is your mind can take you as far or as near as you allow it.
Identify now those beliefs that no longer serve you.
Those beliefs that are untrue.
Those beliefs that hold you back from growing,
Thriving and travelling beyond your wildest dreams.
Are you ready to let them go?
Are you ready to grow?
Now watch as your world expands,
As you release what no longer serves you.
The road opens up,
Your fuel tank is full,
Your pathway is clear and you're ready to explore what's ahead of you.
As you move forward,
Your surroundings sparkle and shine.
You're filled with elation as you feel the weight of limiting beliefs leave your energy and fall like tumbleweeds in your rear view mirror.
Take a deep breath as you feel that release and leave it behind you and feel that energy leaving your body.
Give yourself a moment now to just bask in that release and feel what comes with it.
When you're ready,
Take another deep breath,
Begin to move your hands and feet and return to where you are.
Open your eyes and get your bearings.
Now go into your day knowing there's an open road ahead of you and you hold the compass and map and where it takes you.
