Can you recall what you were doing to feel such joy? It can be the little things that bring us the greatest joy, like spending time in nature by the ocean or in a rainforest - watching a sunset or sunrise, spending time with those you love or getting some quiet time to yourself, it could be cooking, gardening, photography, music or even exercising - whatever it is that brings you joy and that you enjoy doing and making time for - this is where your passion lies.

Find a quiet space where you can be undisturbed.

Make yourself comfortable,

Relax and settle.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and out.

And once more,

Deep breath in and out.

Let your shoulders drop and your head and neck relax.

Now try to focus your mind on a time where you can remember experiencing the greatest joy and happiness you've ever felt.

Recall the sounds,

The smells,

How you felt.

Can you feel it now?

Can you recall what you're doing to feel such joy?

It can be the little things that bring us the greatest joy.

Like spending time in nature,

By the ocean or in a rainforest.

Watching a sunset or sunrise.

Spending time with those you love or getting some quiet time to yourself.

It could be cooking,

Gardening,

Photography,

Music or even exercising.

Whatever it is that brings you joy and that you enjoy doing and making time for,

This is where your passion lies.

Start with the little things and they will soon become the big things.

Savour in that joy and everything you feel in that moment.

Recreate how that makes you feel right now.

Feels good right?

The truth of the matter is that no matter what brings you joy,

No matter how little it might seem,

It's never wrong and it's never too late to enjoy it.

Now take another deep breath in and out.

Bring your awareness back to where you are.

Open your eyes.

Bring movement back into your body and now go back into your day and do what it is that brings you joy.
