Let's begin by settling in,
Finding yourself in a nice comfortable position that allows your spine to be straight,
Allows your body to be relaxed,
Allowing your heart to be open,
Closing your eyes and turning your attention inward now.
Taking a nice deep breath at your own pace,
Allowing that breath to fill the body and bring you fully here to this moment.
And as you exhale,
Breathe out everything that came before this moment,
Allowing all unwanted,
Unneeded thoughts,
Beliefs,
Sensations to release and dissolve on every exhale and allowing every inhale to fill you with the light of your breath to bring you into this moment.
Allow the next deep inhale of breath to transport you to a sacred grove of evergreens.
Feel yourself standing in a circle with other like-minded,
Like-hearted beings,
Holy beings,
Just like you,
Standing around a beautiful,
Crackling campfire in the center of your circle,
Feeling the evergreens encircling you,
Feeling their holy presence,
Maybe even inhaling their beautiful scent of pine,
The forest,
The fire,
Filling the sky above you,
The earth below you,
Allowing these sacred evergreens to model to you how they ground their energy into Mother Earth,
With ease,
Feeling the light of your own essence descending down into the heart of Mother Earth.
And as you near that sacred heart center of Mother Earth,
Gently extending roots of light to merge and become one with the heart of the earth,
Perhaps even noticing here a beautiful image or a tool that assists you in grounding your energy.
Maybe you notice a light,
A stone,
Maybe you simply feel the other roots of all the other evergreens,
A beautiful web of light that holds you very gently in the heart of Mother Earth and feeds you that life force energy of Mother Earth,
Drinking in that nourishing light,
That nourishing love of the earth through all the layers of the earth,
Through all the layers of your being,
Feeling that nourishing light washing up through your legs,
Through your hips,
Feeling that light moving through the root of your being,
Through the sex organs,
Through the solar plexus in the belly.
And as this light arises into the heart,
Pause here for a moment.
And notice if there's anything ready to be released,
Any thoughts,
Any feelings,
Any sensations,
Perhaps fear,
Worry,
Judgment,
Self-doubt,
Non-forgiveness,
Any form of pain or suffering,
Anything that you are ready to release at this time,
Feeling it come from the very root of your being,
Releasing that out through the heart center into the sacred fire of transmutation just in front of you.
Feeling it releasing from the very root of your being and pouring out through your heart center into that sacred fire of transmutation,
Allowing whatever is ready to be released to arise and to let go through the heart into the fire and allow all that is released to be transformed into the pure sparks of source energy.
Allow the sparks of what has been released to ascend into the sky,
That pure energy returning to its source.
Follow those sparks through the crown of your head into the stars through the cosmos.
And as you rise,
Finding yourself entering the star of your own highest consciousness.
Notice the aspect of your highest consciousness that resides in this star.
Perhaps you just see or sense light.
Perhaps you notice a form emerging,
Maybe a being.
Just notice how this aspect of your highest guiding light presents themselves to you.
Allow the guiding star of your highest consciousness to wish for you at this time.
This wish will be fulfilled in the coming days,
Weeks,
Months,
This next chapter,
Whatever timeframe that is.
So take a few moments to listen for the wish of your highest consciousness,
Your guiding star.
Notice anything you see,
Anything you sense,
Hear or feel.
Ask if there is anything you can do when back in ordinary reality to assist this wish in coming to fruition.
As you receive this information,
Allow this wish in the process of manifestation to bless the whole cosmos.
Feel all of our wishes in progress flowing down into the Earth's atmosphere,
Filling you up with its light,
Filling Mother Earth with the light of these wishes in progress now,
Filling the sacred grove of evergreens.
And as you breathe that light,
Ground those wishes into the heart of Mother Earth and let that energy pour into the roots,
That web of light connecting all the sacred trees of Mother Earth through the water,
Through the soil,
Through the air,
Through the sky,
Feeling yourself in a world saturated in this wish that came from your highest guiding light.
And as every cell of your being fills with this beautiful wish in progress now,
See your whole being filled with its light.
